I got one about a month ago and love it. Easy to use, the case magnet opening and closing is silent compared to Velcro, good display in low light, long battery life, works great!
Just bought one for rifle hunting and love it. Light, small and accurate. I run ridges and hunt big bucks from the ground. I like to travel light and this range finder is ultra light. Perfect complement to my Nikon Monarch binocs and Tidewe binocular case and harness with attached range finder case. Great product at a great price point.

Excellent Video. I just purchased a high-powered PCP air rifle. I highly doubt that I’m going to be shooting it more than 200 yards for target practice and marksmanship, so I don’t see the point of purchasing the 1000 model. What do you think?
The previous iteration more expensive one had illuminated reticle and a golf mode, which I don’t think that I need?
Do you ever see yourself hunting out west with all the flatter lands and vast views? If so maybe the 1000 would be fine but I’m like you and didn’t see the point of the 1000 over 700. That’s why I got the 700 instead.
