I think I'll just start watching your videos instead of my physiology professor, you make SO much more sense! I find myself going "ooooohhhh I get it now" everytime I watch one of your videos. When I graduate, I'll put you in my thank you speech ;)

I need to see a program like this on the lymphatic system. I realise the endocrine system is tout abt tout, & it is STRESS that gets us out of balance & homeostasis. Inflammation is anger e.g. and as a practitioner of energy medicine & emotional stress release, I am always applying it to myself. So now in my mid 70s during the day i get water retention in left ankle and i can see and feel the swelling& titness of the skin. At night when i skeep & put a bolster pillow under my legs to elevate & fluid goes back into my system and pea it out when my bladder wakes me up after 3-4 hrs & then back to bed & 1 1/2-2 hrs later. Back in the day when i was pregnant & gained 50 #, my feet, ankles, & legs swelled a lot but post-partum,all was normal with help from breast feeding & taking aerobics. I was 37 1\2 at the time. So how much of this is hormonal & witch ones? Unfortunately, i have gained wt in last 20 yrs between menopause,, & in 2012 at my 1st Medicare physical, i was dx w/ "lazy thyroid". So i wd really like to under strand better why i have this condition & how to manage it better or even better get rid of it. Nothing like diving or jumping into cold river water or pool to swim to shrink those vessels!

Yes I have a question. I’m having problems with my Endocrinologist she’s not diagnosing me quickly or fastly or urgently and I feel that my problem is very urgent because of my irritability. I have had very low THS levels.I was born with a small pituitary gland with a small stem. I’m having problems with recovering, always tired, confusion, cloud brain fog, anxiety, gonad pain, raging, upset, irritable, nippy, my hormones have to be off because I do not go after the opposite sex like I should I haven’t my whole life since I got off of the medicine before middle school luckily I was able to develop myself from hard work and training hard to become the person that I am today without the help of any doctors helping me then so can you somehow figure out what’s wrong with me is it really that hard to diagnose someone does it take six months to diagnose someone that comes into your office with hey I’m not doing right I’m not doing well please help me. Does it take that long

I wonder if imposter syndrome could be due to an oxytocin disorder? I saw a documentary on it on Nova and they proposed that it might be due to a lack of emotion when seeing that person (their mother/father etc)...idk it was a whole thing, way too much to type, but I wonder if oxytocin might play a part given it solidifies relationships...
