- In this video, Dr Mike delivers a lecture explaining an overview of respiratory physiology, including breathing mechanics and the 3 gas laws that govern our ability to breathe and exchange gas.
I can’t thank you enough for these videos. My A & P professors have never explained concepts this clearly. I’m so grateful I could literally cry that this is free. Bless your heart
I cant tell you how many times I've watched your videos and said "oooooooohhhh!" because you make everything so simple to understand.
Dr Mike, can you please upload your workout routine. Those chest seems to get beefy with every upload.
So don't you focus on what he explains
Beefy chest is crazzyyyy
You're the best! You have helped me so much in understanding A&P concepts and in learning so many new things in an interesting and engaging way. You are a blessing to all of us students out there!
Superb explanation about respiratory system. I am a layman, but still I could understand about the whole system of inhaling and exhaling. I am a very great fan of yours. Your explanation of things is really easy to understand. Tks for sharing this wonderful video 👌👌👌👌👌
Best respiratory system physiology illustration on youtube, thank you dr Mike
Thank you so much Dr. Mike! Thank for making it free and taking time to explain and draw concepts out. Lifesaver!
Thanks. Appreciate you. I'm taking Respiratory 172 and this information is very helpful. I like the way you explain things. Simple and clear.
Thank you so much for these videos! You are the A&P my nursing program has decided to skip over - they prefer us to memorize rather than understand how/why the body does as it does. Chest tubes make much more sense to me now!! 😅 Keep these coming!
THANK YOU! I'm studying Biomedical Science in the states. I'll be binge watching your videos for the next few years. I'm so greatful to have found your guys!!

Hello sir,I am from India... thanks for lessons,,I like learning here .
Are you medical student
@@iamstrong222 nope .. physiotherapy student and you?
Is it possible you share notes Dr Mike
So..what would happen without the diaphragm, or if half of it was collapsed?
Also..if the gases get "humidified", why do some folks have difficulty breathing when the air is too thick and humid?
Bravo!
Nice 👍
Thank you 🎊🥰doc

Be next digestion tract in physiology plz dr
Can't feel the pressure?
You will when its gone!
In fact, the interference of my respiratory ratios is what led to that "elephant on the chest" feeling.
Nitrogen next, please.
Amazing ❤
Thanks 😄
