  • My 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback Review. This is the Honda Civic Hatchback manual transmission and it makes an already great compact car even better. This is also the top of the line 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring so it's fully loaded with all the bells and whistles.
    If you're loving the new Honda Civic and are looking for a manual transmission, then you have to go for the Honda Civic Hatchback 2022 because the sedan only comes with a CVT. Also, you have other trims to pick from including the Honda Civic Hatchback Sport, EX, EX-L but the Civic Hatchback Sport Touring comes with a bigger 9-inch touchscreen display with navigation, wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto.
    So between the Honda Civic Hatchback vs Sedan - which is my favorite? How about the Honda Civic Hatchback vs Toyota Corolla Hatchback. Or the Honda Civic Hatchback vs the Mazda 3 Hatchback? Let's find out!

    Very well done video - very professional. I love how you tested the door close from outside and then from inside; the sound of the turning signals, and horn.
    I don'[t remember hearing your opinion compared to the competitors. Be nice to hear you row threw those gears and hear some engine noise while driving.

    Great video as always!! The lease on my 2020 Si Sedan expires in December 2022. So, I’m likely gonna lease the 22 Si. However, I do love the design of the hatch. Looks a lot more stylish and cohesive than the 10th gen hatch.

    The Sport/Sport Touring/Touring trims have the 18" wheels, as does the Si. The LX had 16" wheels, and the EX/EX-L had 17" wheels.

    Great review touching on all the key points most perspective buyers find important. I like the Mazda3 but it felt smaller in the cabin (especially in the second row). Also the infotainment system on the Mazda3 lacked touch points and seemed dated. This top trim of the Honda Civic hatchback would be my choice. Two cravats being that I prefer a CVT and the boost blue color.

    The 2022 Honda Civic was just picked as North American car of the year. Also, Edmunds gives it as their top sedan award for 2022. Once the dealerships near me get new Civics, I'll do a test drive. I'll trade in my 2021 car for the 2022 Civic Hatchback Sport Touring with CVT. This car appeals to a wider spectrum of buyers than its competition. Honda has a winner on its hands!

      My thing is you get way more in the Civic Touring than the Civic Si. Now I drove the Touring Hatchback with a manual and the Civic Si. The Civic Si is really really fun to drive. It's slightly faster - but the handling and the shifter are where the fun comes in. If you get a Civic Touring Hatchback and add some aftermarket tuning to it - that'll be a sweet spot

    The hatchback looks better than the sedan. It really doesn't look like a hatchback.

      Are you looking up dealer markup on this thing?

    • @72soccergirl1
      @72soccergirl1 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That price is the dealer mark up and the added package they implemented. You have to tell them you do not want the $10,000 package that they stick you with.

    Can you really call it a compact car? I mean it has 37.4 in of rear legroom compared to RAV4’s 37.8 rear legroom. It’s pretty spacious. I have a 2012 compact civic and 2022 not so compact civic.

    • @xp50player
      @xp50player 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It’s NOT a compact car. People think models are locked into some historical size category, based on the model name alone. The current Civic hatch is an EPA large/full-size by total interior volume, exact same as the Accord.

    Honda screwed up. This woulda been a PERFECT design for a coupe smh. The hatchback looks like 2 different cars glued together. Front looks great! Back is ugly.
