Out of nowhere today, I did two full rounds of mountain climbers. I know it's a small thing, but I am so proud of myself because it's a struggle to get through one round of them usually. I'm so grateful that I have been able to finally do this program and fully commit to it. I can feel myself getting stronger, and I am challenging myself in ways that I never would have. This has been a hard week. Work is getting more and more difficult and I feel like I'm just running out of time all the time. I still made it today. I was sluggish and bloated but I felt better for being here. That's a success.
Wow! This was challenging for me.. I kept hearing a little voice in my head telling me to quit / walk a way blah blah blah .. then I realized I overcame that little voice to quit.. at least 30 times ! That’s victory ! Staying true to purpose not dictated by a thought or a feeling ! Feeling stronger for over coming .. Quote recently read .. Success is the consistency of purpose .. Show up ! Happy day !!

I started the discipline of working out at 5:00 5 days a week during covid and have never looked back. Nothing gets in the way of you did first thing!!! Great job!!!
Took my boys to the pool today, and hot home and straight to my workout. This workout was a very good sweaty one. I loved it. Looks like I jumped back in the pool again 😆
Crushed It! That body weight work was just what I needed coming off of THE BEST weekend at FITCATION,!! I gave myself a rest day yesterday because of all the fun and excitement and driving I did, so will make up yesterday’s work on Thursday. Got off a 48 hour shift this morning and hopped into this workout. I noticed my hydration level wasn't where I wanted it and I felt it in my performance. Focusing on drinking plenty of water today! I've fallen a little behind in summertime fine and plan on still finishing strong. Keep up the great work everyone! We got this!!!!
Sydney i love these no equipment workouts, they are intense and burn so much. Within 2 weeks i began noticing changes in my weight by repeating these. Thank you.
