Hoyaaaaa! New subscriber-I love seeing/hearing about hoyas and others’ experiences with hoyas. I’m sure you saw the comment from the person telling you that “you can do better”- I just want to say that I don’t think that comment is constructive at all. The whole appeal of these videos *is* the conversation around hoya.😅 That person can do better and play at 1.5-2x speed, skip past certain parts, or even just not click on an hour + long video. Instead they chose to leave a backhanded compliment and insult based on their own preferences.😂 By all means, if you want to switch up how you present your content, that’s fine-however, don’t let these people who have the attention span of pocket lint deter you from making videos.🙏🏽☺️ Such a beautiful collection.😄
You’re so sweet! Thank you!! I try to contemplate whether criticism is constructive or not and while it may be given from a good place sometimes it’s difficult to decide how to receive it. I’m definitely still learning and appreciative of feedback and we don’t all communicate the same way so putting yourself out there can be difficult to navigate 😅 Thank you for taking your time to leave such a kind comment, so many people have been absolutely lovely and I’m very full of appreciation for everyone 🫶🏻🫶🏻
Well said.^^ You’re doing great at this. I saw in another comment that you’re from Georgia-me, too! Georgia girls!🔥🍑 I haven’t been growing hoyas for too long, but I have learned that all of my two leaf plants with runners popped off when I put an acrylic stake/chopstick/or just something to support it in the pot. Or even in my prop box, when they lean up against the side, the begin to put off more leaves. May be worth a shot.^^ I was back and forth about getting a pulchra, but you made me pull the trigger on it, today. Next on my hitlist is elliptica sp. kalimantan.🤤
That’s awesome that you’re in GA too! Chopsticks sound like a fantastic idea to use as stakes that I hadn’t thought of 🤔 I’m going to have to invest in some more stake materials because the bamboo stakes are a little big. Congrats on the Pulchra!! It’s one of my absolute favorites-so striking, you’re going to love it!!
Your collection is very nice! I have been growing plants since I was 12.... Today, the selection is AMAZING!!! It's very addictive and it brings me such joy, but I am starting to stress on where to put them all. 😂
To keep myself from going down the "Hoya Rabbit Hole ". I've gotten my hoyas according to their characteristics: ( one from each category). Small Leave Sun Stressed Big Leave Splashy Silver Dark Leave Dimples Viney Varigated Elongated Fuzzy Because after awhile they start looking alike😂😂😂😂❤.
Love your collection! I have TONS of hoya too and I’m addicted 🤪. I think you just confirmed something by for me tho, I have a pubicalyx regular green, and then I have one I got from someone at a swap - it grows like your royal hawaiian, purple new leaves and dark stems. I was suspecting mine was a royal Hawaiian and I think yours is too. Hopefully mine will bloom and I can confirm it!
I too love Hoya’s. But you’re dragging your conversation making a little hard to want to stay on the channel. You can do better. So I’ll try you again on your next video. Love your collection tho.
If it's a problem for you, just go to settings and change the playback speed to 1.5x. I LOVE listening to her and double love her accent. The more the better 💘

I like how you addressed that collecting Hoya can be addictive 😅😅 seriously!
I need an intervention 😅
Wow!! You have a large collection and they’re beautiful. Now you need patience for them to grow. 😊
Thank you!! I keep telling myself to have patience but sometimes it’s like watching paint dry 😆
You have a great aesthetic and your speaking style is so relaxed! I’m a fan.
Thank you so much!! 🫶🏻

Good strategy 🫡 I keep buying Hoyas and go to put them in the cabinet and I’m like ‘wait do I already have this one??’ 😅😅

I love your collection of hoyas. Who on etsy did you purchase from.?
Thank you so much! I like CactusandExotics, HoyaHoe, and ckhappyhouse! They’re my faves right now.
Hi! Love you video ❤ it would be super helpfull if you could write down the names, especially for non english speakers 😊
Hi! Thank you! I always put all names in the video description because I can’t always remember them lol!
What is this dialect? (I am from Norway)
Hi! I’m from the US, Georgia.
@@leaveswithles Hey! Wonderful ! 🍑state! 🤗
I love your descriptions. Don't listen to the person who said you were dragging. I liked hearing your comments about every one of your Hoyas.
I too love Hoya’s. But you’re dragging your conversation making a little hard to want to stay on the channel. You can do better. So I’ll try you again on your next video. Love your collection tho.
Wow! How rude, get over yourself.
