Seeing these young people at work makes me want to come out of retirement and get back on the hunt.
Sucks getting old, but no matter how old you get you never lose that feeling of satisfaction you get when you see a criminal brought in to face justice, no matter how trivial or serious the charges.
Rules in our region differ from NJ.
We are instructor certified in the use of firearms and are allowed to carry and use them as a last resort, but the vast majority of the time they are not even touched.

These guys should be the role models not the rappers and athletes. Imagine if men like these didn't step up, you'd have criminals running ammuk more than they already do. These guys should used as example for kids in the hood to show a viable path to success without breaking the law

I find it very strange that someone would climb in through a window, could be taken for a burglar, and get shot or seriously injured.

I think this is all scripted. I looked ip the company can’t find it. Also in NJ they can carry firearms. There really isn’t any issues between them and the pd since there licenses comes from the state police in NJ.

    • @swampssa

Animals? 98% of these people are just common criminals. There’s no huge threat. They’re just people.
The US Marshals handle your so called “animals”.

Would never do that job without
    a firearm in your country💯
In my country that job does not exist !
Cops do their job and they are smart….
    They dont need that🤷🏼‍♂️
They dont get pulled off a case, just to save money… Well we pay at least 38% Tax, But its worth it !!!! We have like +95% solved cases in any murder case😎
Bondsmen does not exist either? Something is wrong in the us system🤷🏼‍♂️
Very wrong and you know that!
BTW these guys was cool at the Gurl in the end, no drama and just cool !

      There is always a risk.
Being aware of your surroundings is vital to prevent "suprise" events.
Not paying attention to your surroundings and poor planning are the two main factors that lead to the death of a hunter.

So what’s the legalities of shooting one of these mfs when they break into your house ??

    • @georgepowe4898
      @georgepowe4898 ปีที่แล้ว +3

If the judge issued a bench warrant on you and a hunter picked up your bond contract it's just as good as the no knock warrant used by local law enforcement.
So if you happened to kill the hunter you would have an additional warrant issued by a judge for 2nd degree murder or voluntary manslaughter carrying 30 to life just depending on the state.
But there are several states where hunters are considered to be the same as law enforcement officers.
There you are looking at possible capital murder charges and possible life or the death penalty.
But say the hunter messed up and hit the wrong house well, that changes things a bit and in some states it would be considered a justified shooting.
You might say an innocent Citizen in fear for his life from a burglar violently entering a private dwelling.
You would have to check your local and state laws to be sure.

@@georgepowe4898 I like how you actually answered the question like you know what you’re talking about😂😂. I live in the South. That bounty hunter would get blasted in the face and I would face zero additional charges. You don’t go in another man’s house unannounced.
