As someone in Philly this is hilarious. The cops here don’t show up to ANYTHING unless they think it’ll get them good press. Someone got shot half a block from the station near me and the cops from that station didn’t bother to show up before the dude had to get up and walk himself to the hospital, and I live in a good neighborhood

2 different circumstances this was back in the 90 or 80
It's the late 90's so they had very limited recon capabilities compared to today. Back then all they had was the floorplan and what the snipers could see through the windows, there were no drones or internet to help them out.

That bullet proof vest is a level 1 soft armor vest. It wouldn’t stop a rock at 3000fps…and the “semi auto” rifle they showed was clearly a full auto m4. If you guys need someone to proof your scripts before finalizing production, I call me. We can work out a salary.
