Neither, as no injustice or transgressions were committed. There are implied consent laws that exist in most countries that, after international travel, allow full search of any items/persons by customs & immigration officers on site. The official documents all passengers are required to sign during the purchase of said airfare, as well as at arrival, negates the expectation of privacy, the necessity of a warrant, and increases profiling those traveling amongst certain countries where specific contraband materials exist in elevated supply. It's not pleasant or politically correct, but does occur consistently across the globe as somewhat of a necessary evil.
It's going to try doing something stupid at the airport. Bad idea. Especially after 9/11. There is cameras everywhere you're going to get caught. However, these guys were well organized. Even if the woman from Trinidad came back with no merchandise theres nothing they csn do. They can't force her to buy stuff. Maybe she couldn't find the right items, a whole bunch of reasons. If she had pellets, they aren't in her now. I love how they act like they could do something about it 😂.
I found the Facebook page for her store in like 2 minutes the officers should have at least tried to verify her business before grilling her and examining all her stuff
@@FredLootLlama123 The lady officer is a disgrace. She was on a power trip. Completely unacceptable behavior.
They would be able to start building a case on her. It would be very minimal but it would basically help them determine if they should stop her next time they see her and try again to find something or just ignore her.
Thank you National Geographic for showing this "To catch a smuggler" Series, I love it 👍
All fun and games until they bring you into the interview room and it’s just Chris Hansen armed with text messages and video footage of your drug transactions
$5000 fine in this economy is criminal. Thats a disgusting amount of money for some personal use weed thats legal in most states. Wow
Doesn't make sense I'm sure of he fight it he will win 😊
for real, and that was defs not 12 grams, they weighed the bag with it i guarantee its just a quarter (7 grams)
that looked like just one 8th bruh
Only 23 states have legalized recreational marijuana so it's not "most."
They should have just disposed of those 12 Grams abd just warn the guy $5000 is disproportionate to the amount , its highway robbery .
They really waited at her departure gate for her to leave 😂 Pupo a CLOWN
I can't stand her!!
Her name should be pupu 😂

THEY JUST HARRASED THAT WOMAN FOR NOTHING. Its fustrating to watch how her rights were violated.
not for nothing. they did it for the tv show! ;)
I can tell ur ignorant....
She was suspicious… going into the US for 1 day to shop?? People have used that excuse to come into the country and stay and also smuggle drugs. No, she wasn’t doing that, but the officers were doing their job in making sure that she wasn’t going into the country to commit any crimes.
Yeah the woman from Trinidad was harassed. That was disgusting that they had 5 people waiting for her. These agencies are overstaffed with not enough crime to investigate. They need to be laid off. And the little woman officer thought she was so smart. These people are losers bothering people and should be out chasing real criminals.
@@Originalman144if they knew who the real criminals were just from looking at them then they’d catch them all. Thought that’d be pretty obvious, but I guess this is the TH-cam peanut gallery.
So my question for Pupo, after all that drilling of the passenger, who pays for all her pain and suffering? Should we be suing you or CBP?
Neither, as no injustice or transgressions were committed. There are implied consent laws that exist in most countries that, after international travel, allow full search of any items/persons by customs & immigration officers on site. The official documents all passengers are required to sign during the purchase of said airfare, as well as at arrival, negates the expectation of privacy, the necessity of a warrant, and increases profiling those traveling amongst certain countries where specific contraband materials exist in elevated supply. It's not pleasant or politically correct, but does occur consistently across the globe as somewhat of a necessary evil.
Big brother is always watching but I wonder how much this guy got in before getting caught
Alot hahaha 😅
It's going to try doing something stupid at the airport. Bad idea. Especially after 9/11. There is cameras everywhere you're going to get caught. However, these guys were well organized. Probably had years of experience at the airport so they get to know the layouts and the security systems so they were probably able to bring in thousands of kilos
None, this is straight play acting

I go to london Heathrow every year,as a aviation kid making videos, its so beautiful
I find it concerning to see the disappointment on the female officers face when the woman from Trinidad turned out not to be a criminal. She should be happy about people being honest. But I guess it comes with the job, you develop a sense of "hunting" and if it is not rewarded with a catch, you get disappointed. Dangerous mindset.
I totally agree with you. That type of over zealous behaviour could be dangerous. Makes me wonder what happens when the cameras aren't around 🤔

Her story was suspicious
No
@@cpmow831Her story is in NO way suspicious if you know ANYTHING about Caribbean people. A lot of us go to the US on overnight shopping trips.
Since I was a kid, family members would go with no luggage, and buy a suitcase and all their clothes for the trip once they arrived.
If the agents are going to be working Border Patrol at an airport that frequently sees Caribbean travelers, the least they could do is learn what is and isn’t suspicious travel behavior for that demographic.
