  • Workout #182. Pilates Magic Circle Exercises while Seated. This workout uses a pilates ring to increase intensity while going through a variety of ranges of motion for better mobility. All of the exercises are done while sitting in a chair. Great for seniors, those recovering from injury or those of us who just prefer exercising while seated!!
