5:49 It would be cool if someone made a rom hack of Super Mario All-Stars that used the Super Mario Collection sprites. Some of those sprites looked very nice. The pre-rendered Mario sprites reminds me of how Mario looked in the GBA game Mario vs. Donkey Kong.
If I had the chance to, I would go back in time, and tell Nintendo to release all these "new" games, keep the old Super Mario world style, and add Luigi to Super Mario 64. If we have hope, maybe we could *also* get a gigaleak of NES content, too! Imagine finally seeing the Super Mario Bros. beta..
I wonder if nintendo has the source code for the prototypes or even the prototype roms themselves in their vault. Hopefully they didnt lose everything themselves on their end.
