I'm a book collector and so I watch many private library tour videos as inspiration and I promise you I mean this with all sincerity when I say yours is my favorite.
Hands down! One of the best book tours I've seen and one of the most beautiful library I have every witness. I love that we have the same taste! Goosebumps were always my fav growing up! I love how you still have your childhood books. It's almost like a window seeing your childhood again, being flooded with memories. I love all the Stephen King novels! And V.C. Andrews!!!! Oh my goodness did I drool!!! Then I see newer YA books (Which, I'm not ashamed to say YA fiction is my favorite genre.) and my mouth kept dropping everytime I saw a new book I've read and loved (it was a lot). I was happy to see The Search for Wondla series!!!! I haven't met many adults like me who have read it also. I know it's for children, but that series is more lividly than a lot of adult books I've read. Lovely!! Whole video was just lovely!!! You have a new subscriber for sure!!! ^_^
I love those Great Illustrated Classics books you have at 13:06. My dad got them for me as a kid and now I have them all in my classroom. I love them and so do my students. I think they're great because they don't say they're "kiddy versions" of classic novels, even though they kind of are. I teach 10th grade and most of my students read on a 5-7th grade level, so I love that they can pick up a story they know of like Frankenstein or Dracula and actually be able to read it.
I have put all my dust jackets in mylar protective covers, it protects them against the damage that slowly creeps up in time. You can get it 300 foot rolls and it's well worth the fifty dollars spent.

I too have a large book collection, over 24 years on this planet I've accumulated 836 titles (they're all alphabetically sorted on my PC)! However, what I would love more than anything is to be able to display them like this.

Next you need a card indexing system like they used in the library in Ghostbusters. We used to have one of those setups back in school in the 80s. I still like them for some reason.

You are much more organized than I am. Part of my problem is that I got rid of a number of books and shelves, so I have stuff scattered all over. Your reading nook is beautiful. I'm glad you like mystery novels. I like the Mc Nally series by Lawrence Sanders. I read the first Sue Grafton and loved it and one day I'll go back to them.
I always love your videos, but this one has been fantastic! Your library is very tidy and well-organized, and you have so many wonderful booksets! And I also loved all your mistery books from the sixties and seventies. It's so interesting you have "different" books.
