If the fuse is blown, then yes replace the fuse. Make sure you use the same amperage size of fuse. If the fuse blows again you will need to locate the short.
Don't remember for sure beyond the chimes. However I am working on another 2007 Tahoe. Hopefully sometime today I will have it back in the shop so I can pull that fuse and test to see what all doesn't work.

Wat if your key is broke off in the ingntion
Depends on whether the ignition still turns or not.
Did anything turn on and/or not turn on?
Pretty sure the chimes were not working for leaving the key in the ignition and headlights switch on.
