One of the biggest flags to me is when he makes HIS problem YOUR problem. He has a problem and the only solution to that problem is YOUR money. If someone approached you on the street and told you he needed ten thousand dollars because he was locked out of his account or he had an emergency medical problem or his child needed a computer for school or he needed a new cell phone or he had some legal documents that were going to cost thousands of dollars, would you just hand the ten thousand dollars over to him? Maybe I'm not a very nice person but I would try to be nice as I recommended that he go down the street to that bank on the corner and see if they would give him a loan. I've seen so many people agonize over whether someone is "real". Here's a suggestion. DO NOT SEND MONEY TO ANYONE...EVER...then it won't really matter whether he's real or not.
RED ALERT: You have never even met this man. You have no idea what type of person he really is. DO NOT let him see you without your clothes. ASSUME that everything you send him will become PUBLIC DOMAIN because it very well might. If he were 16 years old (and he very well may be) it would make more sense for him to want to get ahold of some pictures of a woman in the nude but a man who is 50 to 60 years old and is asking for nude pictures from a rank stranger is just plain strange. Do not turn over anything to him that you would not want to show up on the six o'clock news!
BTW, when a man tells you his account is frozen or he is STUCK in some foreign country, RUN, don't walk, in the opposite direction. The things he is saying is SCREAMING scam!
He said ONE thing that is absolutely the truth and you can bet the farm that it's true. He told you he would repay you "when he sees you" and that's probably the truth but the catch is that he will NEVER see you.

I worked extensively in the medical field for almost a decade. I worked with many colleagues (nurses) who barely had enough sense to breathe on their own. Not only sending money to a complete stranger from the internet but sending naked pictures of yourself and not knowing who all will be seeing them and where they will end up?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! It's funny, as soon as I changed my outdated Facebook profile picture for a newer one that shows I'm 40+, these random "hello"s started popping up. I talked to one of them for a while to see what he was going to come up with. His story was that he was a native German living in Liverpool who lost his family to Covid back in April 20 when they went on holiday in China (!). And he was trying to relocate to Germany to start all over. Fun fact: I'm not German and don't even live in Germany. But as a professional translator it was obvious he was using google translate from some language other than English into German. I called him out on it eventually and he told me his German was a little rusty because his parents of course were also dead, as well as his whole family. He didn't have any friends at all and I was the only person he was talking to online, the only one he ever contacted. Long story short I had some fun wasting his time for a few days, asking lots of questions about the German town he supposedly grew up in and details about Liverpool he had to research. And requesting video calls that would make him go offline immediately. In the end he accused me of playing games LOL
