    It's sad that you have to tell American audiences to only eat European imported foods instead of supporting local produce, because US laws allow for harmful chemicals to be added to them. When will the people rebel and demand more safety measures for the food they're offered?

      Because they don't give a shit, they eat minimal fruit and veggies and eat pop tarts, chips, boxed cereals, cookies, cakes, French fries, fast food burgers etc. You think people who eat like that care what chemicals are added to produce? AND that is the way most Americans eat.............I lived in Europe for 5 years totally changed my relationship with food for the positive. You will rarely find a fast food place in europe. And the junk food isle in the grocery store is maybe 1/4 of an isle with 4-5 types of chips. Come back to the US and you have isles and isles of junk food and 100 at least types of chips to choose from.....................

      US politicians fund their campaigns with donations from the rich. All those politicians want is to be re-elected. All the rich want is to get richer by cutting corners that leave our food unsafe. It's a sad state of affairs for our democracy.

    Once a week our local grocery store will mark down the packaged salads that aren’t even expired for two days to like $.50 instead of 350. So for years, I have been buying and I even bragged to my daughter that they last for weeks after the expiration date. after seeing Dr. Gundrys video, those salads will no longer be seen in my fridge. I’ll quit margarine probably 40 years ago after a nutritionist told me how and what it was made of I pretty much don’t consume any of Dr. Gundrys list. So at 76 years of age, I have no health issues

    My dad is 87 and eats lectin containing foods - if you have lectin degrading microbes in your gut all is well. Why do some people thrive on all sorts of foods and others not ? Cortisol seems to be the culprit I think. What say you ?

Also, Ezekiel bread is great. Both are from sprouts and not any wheat involved. Furthermore, freezing bread, one - two days can reduce the carbohydrates in it up to 31% and it’s toasted, another 9% reduction in carbs. I only buy bread once in a while, and one loaf will last me 2-3 weeks.

When a person is on a set income or no income we will NOT waste one. bit of our food resources, that we do have. We consume them to the last drop, poison or not poison.. and most people today are just struggling to get by on basic food, even expired food that are given to millions of people at food banks and organizations to those in need.. but your videos are a good source of information to those that CAN afford to throw and waste food with money in their pocket. !

    I’m going to have to push back on the dairy thing which I have been doing is late. Unless somebody’s digestion just won’t tolerate it, there is absolutely nothing wrong with consuming dairy and dairy products. As a human. The cow produces more than enough milk for its babies, and has been a life saving food for millennia. I will postulate that the assertion that dairy it’s not meant for human adult consumption is partly coming from the animal-rights people, which is fine I’m all about being kind animals, and from a colonialist mentality. Because literally the places where dairy is very important component of survival peoples of this planet are areas that have been historically colonized and subjugated by white Europeans. I know it’s a hard pill for people to swallow, but this is a very privileged place to come from when you say that dairy and dairy products are not fit for adult human consumption. It’s just simply not true and I wish that this drum we’re not beaten, as if it’s true for the general public. We all have to find what works best for us and do that, while taking into consideration, the wisdom of individuals like Dr. Gundry and others. But there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution. That’s my soapbox.😅

      I agree about the dairy itself being ok for lots of us. The problem may be what they add to the dairy or how it's processed or the packaging. We can't get raw milk in most places. I can't tolerate regular or organic store milk, but heavy cream in my coffee doesn't bother me. However, I can't tolerate most heavy cream, even organic since it has various things added to it. There is a local dairy that makes it without those things. It does go off quickly compared to other brands, even organic. If something is ultra-pasteurized that is another problem. I often eat goat butter, cheese, etc. But even A2 dairy bothers me. I'd try A2 heavy cream but have never seen it available, and I've asked the stores. I have trouble keeping weight on, which isn't a trivial problem or bragging. Unless I eat sugar, baked goods, etc. I have trouble and keep losing weight. That's why I like heavy cream and butter in my diet. I've recently tried Ghee. Wonder what Dr G says about that?

    • @catherineromero1862
      @catherineromero1862 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@kdcraft89 yep it’s just as I said😅 we have to find what works best for each of us individually. Isn’t that what this type of thinking is about anyway? It’s about questioning the blanket solution status quo of the common American diet and of the common allopathic medical system which treats everybody exactly the same and we’re not. I don’t think anybody of conscience will disagree that our food delivery systems having become industry have taken out the compassion component. We’ve given up morality and Fidelity for availability and quantity. so it’s a challenge to obtain dairy that is digestible, whether that be physically or ethically, it can be done, and I support advocating for better practices rather than speaking 100% against the consumption of it.
