Thank you for taking the time to post this! This was exactly my problem with my '24 Beta KYB's. Rod would not extend all the way regardless how many times I repeated the bleed process. I did try the overfill trick like you showed but not as aggressively. I.e I didn't cycle the rod as many times as you did, probably because I didn't over fill it quite as much as you did either. @@HBRpowersports Thanks again for the video. I tore my forks down and re-bled using this procedure and it worked much much better. Overfilled as shown and compressed the rod while putting downward force on the cartridge. Did this a few times till I was able to compress the cart the rest of the way to catch threads. For the bleed slow was key for me. I didn't compress the rod all the way on the first few purges, about half way maybe, releasing little burps of air each time. After about 5 1/2-cycles, I did one or two full compression strokes (slowly) for the final purge. The rod extends fully on its own now. ✌
