Did I miss the re-valve?

Oil level in BV does not have to be exact when bleeding the BV. Best to have more than needed and let it purge itself out the weep holes on the side. KYB's are a litter harder than Showa to get the BV cap to seat and get the threads started. Once the BV is seated you then start to pump the rod to purge out the extra oil.....This will allow full extension of the dampening rod.

Just got a bayou 220 and I realize it's more capable than I gave it credit for. I'm not one to abuse a quad but it's nice to know it can handle it.

That thing needed a rebuild it sounded very tired from the beginning and new clutch discs and centrifugal clutch one way bearing that kick start was slipping hard. Typical for a high hour farm machine in need of a complete top end rebuild and a lot more

{NOTHING Can Stop These..!} Still Have my 2000 Kawasaki bayou 220 red, 21 years now... *100% Bulletproof..!* -I've rolled it (replace the frame), crashed it (new plastics), eatin it (new bars and levers), been through rivers over top of seat, rock climbing up trails, snow, all over San Diego Deserts, even all Thru Glamis Sand dunes. Gone without changing the oil for 10 years, neglected it, Farm use, kid rode fifth gear wide open til smoking, flipped it broke his wrist, raced around streets, stored it outside for 10+ years, And All Other 21 Years of Abuse..., *STILL RIDES HARD..!*
