No matter what I do, when I bleed the base valve (by compressing the rod fully) I can NOT get the rod to return to max extension. There's always about 1/2" of travel that I can manually pull out. I've done this bleed process over and over with the same results. Best I can do is compress the rod to about 1/2 before bottom out. have you come across this?
