All at AMD form 2003 and Intel from 2011 till now so why this video exists with "find out?" if you cant use it befor its the problem with the OS not the PC, (but you need to enable it in bios) in LINUX you can do this SINCE 1991!! at WINDOWS only SINCE 1995 NT kernel 3.51 but it still workes first in 2007 wiht Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista 2007! And the Hyper-V is too at Windows since Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista 2007! (Fun Faq: All Guys hate Vista (32bit) i loved Vista (64bit) at this Days because the Hyper-V, Windows 7 and 8/8.1 are based on Vista, windows 10 is win7+8 in once and Windows 11 is the biggest fail ever!) All of this CPU's and APU's has hyper-V/VT-X all of it can run Virt.
