Freedom Unite, to me, is still such a good time despite all the frustrating elements it possesses from being part of the second generation. It’s not the easiest game to get into, but I think it’s aged very well in many respects. Though yeah.. having to farm Heavenly Rathalos Scales isn’t exactly my definition of fun either.

Welcome back. Freedom Unite was my first old gen game and my first ever hunt the monster died in the loading zone and i think that was the best possible introduction to old monhun. Love these games.
