@@MichelleMyBelle33 We have been fans since RED due to our son. We saw 1989, reputation and Eras tour. Love folklore / evermore, but overall my favorite is Speak Now. Have a Swift day!

@@HPReact Do y’all remember the 2010s when it was common for news AND entertainment media to do countdown to actress’s and singers’ 18th birthday, speculate on underage sex lives, and harass people like Britney and Miley, Christina Aguilera, etc? Taylor got a pretty nasty helping of that, too, made all the worse by Kanye West (and then Kim Kardashian). There’s a video of a female Entertainment Tonight talking head at an awards show circa 2015, asking to show off Taylor’s dress and her long, long legs - and then the talking head asks Taylor how many men she plans on taking home with her that night. 😒😒😒 And they still have this up on their channel! There was an obsession over who she was dating, implying she was a slut and man eater who only dated men to write songs about them, but also calling her a failure of a woman who couldn’t keep a man (in her late teens and early 20s!). Overall she got some of the worst of the media misogyny of the 2010s. 🫤

I have SO much fun watching men enjoy Taylor and truly appreciate the work she puts in and the talent she has! There's always one song that hooks you in, and then you hear more, learn more, and it's just a giant party filled with bangers, devastating songs, lyrical masterpieces, and songs about being human!
My Tears Ricochet. It's totally stripped down, gorgeous, you can hear her voice without competition and how much it has matured since she was younger. It is a song of heartbreak and you can feel her pain when she sings it. It's a beautiful song, the piano music is lovely. When she releases her breath at the end, you'll realize you've been holding yours.
'Vigilant shit' from her Era's tour is amazing too! Did you see that she wasn't even winded when she finished the performance? For her current "Era's tour, she is performing 44 of her biggest hits. That is just shocking to me. I read that she trained by running on a treadmill while singing all 44 songs, which is like a 3.5 hour show. She is a beast. I was also amazed at her video for 'Bad Blood' with Kendrick Lemar. Her 10 minute little movie for 'All too well' is frigging amazing, in a totally different way. (Vulnerable Taylor) It's powerful in a different way & is about her relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal.
Please dedicate a day as your swiftie day(or two!)! That way we swifties can constantly come back to watch you react to Taylor each week! This is sooo fun. We love guys fathoming Taylor's epicness and why we love her ❤
Hello again!!! Welcome to Taylor's "badass" era😂. Tyty for continuing your journey, friendly people are ALWAYS welcomed by swifies❤ would recommend don't blame me, King of my heart, and look what you made me do from reputation tour to further familiarize yourself with this era. Really enjoying watching you guys!
Welcome to the endless rabbit hole of Taylor Swift! You could probably react to her for 10 years and never run out of content or things to talk about 😂 I would highly recommend "Don't Blame Me" live from the Reputation Tour. It's definitely a fan favorite!!!!!
Her current Eras Tour is pretty epic theatrically and she sings and dances live for 3 1/2 hours. It was a trip for sure. But the Reputation Tour was the biggest, craziest thing I’ve seen to date. It was pure dramatic theatre and she was making a statement that she had been judged unfairly and she just didn’t give a shit anymore. Her presence onstage is huge, yet inviting. Almost more so, when it’s just her and her guitar. It’s hard not to love Taylor once you fall down the rabbit hole!
Reputation stadium tour turned 65 year old me into a Swiftie! I’m 70 now and love and appreciate her more than ever. I used to watch it at least once a year but now it’s no longer available on Netflix 😢.
@@Racheroxx182 we found this video out there so it’s likely the rest of that concert is out there. It’s very rare and interesting how an artist can connect with just about any person regardless of gender or how young they may be. 😊
Yay, we love new open minded and kind people learning about Taylor!! She will continue to amaze you, even with her new show the Eras tour!!! Can’t wait for more!!
I recommend - We are never ever getting back together from the 1989 world tour. She does a rock version of it! Really cool! Don’t Blame Me from the rep tour I Did Something Bad from the rep tour
She's here in Australia, after concerts in Melbourne, she's this weekend in Sydney. Soooo many travelled all over the place. My friends decided to take their noise cancelling earplugs with them because of the screaming.😂
This movie, the Rep Stadium Tour is one of the best concert movies ever made. You should watch the whole thing if you can get a copy. This editor used some shots from it but the movie edit is better in my opinion. If you want an 11, try Don't Blame Me from the same show
Do All Too Well -10 minute version please with lyrics so you understand her writing style, not the short film version. It's her recording live in her studio. Stunningly beautiful but heartbreaking song (true story). And also Great American Dynasty. Short, sweet, perky, fun song. Thanks for your reaction. Love watching people react to Taylor Swift for the first time. Bravo!
All Too Well Grammy performance..one of her most touching performances. There are so many great versions to choose from...but her Grammy performance really hits hard.
Great reaction... not talking over the video every 30 seconds is awesome. You need to react to the next song on the REPUTATION STADIUM TOUR - I DID SOMETHING BAD. It is epic. (Oh - Welcome to the rabbit hole!!!)
A great counterbalance to the sheer epicness of this one is the Grammy Museum performance, just her on the piano. It's a great example of how her songs work both in production (the video is fab too), live, and stripped down. If anyone hasn't watched the behind the scenes sound engineering interview she did at the same time as the Grammy Museum performances, please look that up! She plays some of the voice memos she uses to write songs and does some really great in-depth about the various elements that go into the production. Shout out to Jack Antonoff's dropped gear bag!!
Yes! She's amazing both live and in her cinematic music videos. (Literally, her MVs are like freaking feature-length films! Especially to this song!) I can't decide which I like best! Look What You Made Me Do is another ... OK I'll stop now. Just ... all her stuff is amazing. 😂❤
Also, Reputation will and will always be a fan favorite. You should also check out Miss Americana,it explains a lot of why Reputation came to be but also shows Taylor for who she is. Really amazing
I clicked very fast! There are two directions to go from here-- if you're looking for some big productions, I'd say Out Of the Woods, Look What You Made Me Do, or Wildest Dreams would be great! If you're looking to learn more about her strengths as a songwriter, Long Pond My Tears Ricochet would be my top pick--but if you want BOTH? All Too Well: The Short Film is your best bet. She meticulously directed that, and it's amazing! Edit: I want to add, especially at the Eras tour videos, there's almost an echo you can hear sometimes--it's the ENTIRE STADIUM singing along. For every single song. For the 1989 tour she took some amazing advantage of that, especially with 'You Are In Love' (HIGHLY recommend). The studio version has an echo, in the tour she asked the audience to echo, and it makes me cry, it's so good. You won't be disappointed with any of the suggestions here!
Long pond sessions- "My tears ricochet" or "this is me trying" WITH the intro/discussion she does with her producers if you want to dive into lyrics and avoid getting sucked into the spectacle for sure!
Swifties are so happy when people find her and see how amazing she is and also how versatile. Enjoying your reactions, keep going pretty please. You need to follow this up with Don't Blame me please.
Taylors style has shifted so many times over the years. There are massive tunes from each era. She is an amazing artist and I cannot wait to see her live again x
If you’re impressed by this performance and the stage production, just wait until you see the Eras tour! Taylor has always been a very theatrical performer and she has only improved in her craft as she ages
You haven’t seen anything yet! My daughter says I’m now a swifty.. lol..please go down this rabbit hole, you will want more and when you find out the story behind it, it makes it all the more interesting. Subscribed, I want to see more reactions from you guys
Please do All Too Well (short film) Taylor directed it and it is amazing!!! All Too Well is a song she released on her 4th album Red. When released it was just over 5 minutes but she let slip she had a 10 minute version. When she released her re-recording of Red she included the 10 minute version and then made a short film for it!!!!
I’m here for this journey. If you’d like a taste of something different, her folklore: long pond studio sessions are amazing. There’s a video for each track and she speaks with her producer, jack antonoff, and musician Aaron Dessner, about each track. Also, highly recommended Cornelia Street live from Paris. And Death by a thousand cuts (live). You seriously can’t go wrong with any song you choose though!
@@HPReactRemember that this album (and Evermore) were made completely during Covid. Bon Iver is wearing a bandana mask in “Exile” because of the camera crew in his studio. Exile is my favorite from the entire album. Try to find the songs that have the interview before each song because it REALLY HELPS you understand what the song truly means; or watch the Disney+ release of it, song by song as that is where the interviews are from. This album was made from studios that they constructed at each of their homes because everything else was closed and they needed to feel productive. After each person doing their part in a different home, they came together to play the album at The Long Pond Studios (that I believe Aaron Dessner owns) for the very first time so “it would feel real and have closure.” It looks like they had a really great time playing it together. Justin was not able to make it there due to the travel restrictions, but they made it work. Only AFTER the album was completely done is when Taylor told her management team that she made an album. Haha. She said that they were “OK WITH ANYTHING THAT SHE WANTED TO DO”. How many people get that type of support and trust!? I’m so happy for her. ❤
You chose the correct live video. Thank you for the reaction. There is an official video for it too that's confusing but awesome. Taylor has songs of many different genres. The rabbit hole is deep. I see that others have already made excellent reaction recommendations. When you do songs from The Long Pond Sessions, please choose the ones which show Taylor talking about the songs before singing them.
Oooh if you’re a lyric guy you’re gonna have fun with Taylor!! I would recommend what she calls “The Teenage Love Triangle” from her album Folklore. She made up characters and a story and there’s 3 songs (1 from each perspective). Cardigan, August, Betty are the songs. The characters are James, Betty & unnamed (but Taylor says in her heads it’s Augustine/Augusta). Betty is from James’s perspective, cardigan is Betty’s perspective and August is Augustine’s perspective. If you pay attention to the lyrics in all 3 you can follow the story!!
Okay keep going. With Taylor Lyrics, Video (if there is one) and definitely Live! You really have to do all 3. Now do the others Look What You Made Me Do and Don't Blame Me!!!!
Sometimes it can be tricky to catch all of the lyrics when you're so blown away by the performance, but her lyrics are probably what made her most famous. Once you get over the initial shock of realizing how incredibly talented this woman is, let the lyrics sink in and you'll be blown away again.
@@HPReact💡 Hmm, I think all swifties would agree that it would be great if this video had these rewatch reactions (if any) tacked onto the end, so we could get more complete reactions.
Oh gosh I love watching people with an open mind discover taylor. Swifties always embrace people that are honest but openminded. Also she has so many different layers of music. I see people have recommended more of these types of performances to you but I also recommend liktening to something from the long pond studio sessions. This is me trying, my tears ricochet and exile are a good place to start. It is a more layed back style but also much more deep and emotional than her reputation era. That way you get to see another side of her ☺️
I love your guys reactions to Taylor Swift! She is so talented and cares so much about her fans! I think that’s why she goes ALL OUT and gives more and more for each tour she does! I would love if you reacted to “All too well” 10 minute version! It will give you insight of how great of a song writer she truly is!❤️
You absolutely have to watch some of the Folklore LPSS next. She’s so versatile, and you’ll really be able to see that going from Reputation stadium tour to Folklore LPSS. Have fun!
Just happened to stumble across your channel scrolling watching reactions to T Swift. And I absolutely love you guys. Y’all are so refreshing! Please PLEASE do All Too Well (10 min version) or any of her studio sessions!
Some people, critics and media people put her down and she said she went to London and disappeared for awhile, like a year's time. She recorded Reputation and got ready for the tour . Reputation made millions and was so sucessful and the tour was the biggest grossing one of that period.
Yay! So glad y’all did another Taylor song! I think it would be good to kinda jump from different albums, this way you can see and appreciate just how talented she is and how diverse her genre range is. All too well 10 MV is my next suggestion. Do the lyric video tho.
Would love you to do her All Too Well Short Film! She original wrote a 10 min song for her album RED, but cut it in half for the album (& she made the mistake of letting us know 😂) so she bowed to fan pressure and gave us the entire song and video for it when she did her recording of RED. So the Short Film is the full 10 min song (great storytelling - what she is truly known for with us); She directed it.
These videos are good because you get the best sound. It seems to be taken direct from the mics, so the sound is clear. There's also a live band. She really seems to love performing. She definitely loves seeing the audience having a good time.
just watched the other video and now this one, loved your openness and your vibe over it all, I love watching people being brought to taylor's craft and work and being blown away by it. Hope to see more, and yeah, if lyrics are your thing, you're def going for the right artist
Thank you for watching. It’s been a fascinating last 7 days since we first watched her. Surprising in a good way. She’s extremely talented. And the fans are second to none. 🥳
You guys should also react to some of her Long Pond Studio Sessions. I love the Reputation Stadium tour but the Long Pond Studio Sessions are also beautiful and a completely different vibe. She writes all her own songs (sometimes she has cowriters but always has at least some part in the writing, especially the lyrics). In the studio sessions she plays songs from her album Folklore, and often explains the songs beforehand.
Hello again! So glad you’re back! I would follow this up with more from her Reputation tour live “I Did Something Bad” and “Don’t Blame Me” for sure! Looking forward to watching more you guys react and learn more about Taylor ❤
Next, I would love to watch you guys hear & respond to one of Swift's many non-love, non-heartbreak songs: The Last Great American Dynasty Rebekah Harkness used to own the house that TS owns in Maine. "She had a marvelous time ruining everything." Great storytelling. Lyrics: Rebekah rode up on the afternoon train It was sunny Her salt box house on the coast took her mind off St. Louis Bill was the heir to the Standard Oil name And money And the town said, How did a middle class divorcée do it? The wedding was charming if a little gauche There's only so far new money goes They picked out a home and called it Holiday House Their parties were tasteful if a little loud The doctor had told him to settle down It must've been her fault his heart gave out And they said, there goes the last great American dynasty Who knows if she never showed up what could've been? There goes the maddest woman this town has ever seen She had a marvelous time ruining everything. Rebekah gave up on the Rhode Island set Forever Flew in all her Bitch Pack friends from the City. Filled the pool with champagne And swam with the big names And blew through the money On the boys and the ballet And losing on card game bets with Dalí. And they said, there goes the last great American dynasty Who knows if she never showed up what could've been? There goes the most shameless woman this town has ever seen She had a marvelous time ruining everything. They say she was seen on occasion Pacing the rocks, staring out at the midnight sea And in a feud with her neighbor She stole his dog and dyed it key lime green Fifty years is a long time Holiday House sat quietly on that beach Free of women with madness Their men and bad habits And then it was bought by me. Who knows if I never showed up what could have been? There goes the loudest woman this town has ever seen I had a marvelous time ruining everything I had a marvelous time Ruining everything A marvelous time Ruining everything A marvelous time I had a marvelous time. "The Last Great American Dynasty" by Taylor Swift and Aaron Dressner (2020, from the album "Folklore") And if this song of hers impresses you as it does me, wait until you hear and learn her song about her grandmother the opera singer, "Marjorie."
others have probably said this already BUT the reputation stadium tour was from 2018 and the one she’s currently been doing for (I think) almost over a year is the ERAS tour! The reputation tour was her singing songs mainly from her reputation album but some of her other songs. The ERAS tour she is currently doing, is she is singing some songs from EVERY album…which is why it’s called, “The Eras Tour”!
Taylor came out when I was 12 and I was a fan from the first single she put out. I went to her speak now tour for my 16th birthday and now I’m turning 30 this year. ❤Taylor is for anyone and everyone. This isn’t one of the top ones I would’ve recommend to you to show you what she does but it’s still great!
Welcome guys! If you want ANOTHER style change Evermore or folklore. Long pond sessions all live. Tolerate it from eras tour is beautiful and heart wrenching. Willow and cardigan are amazing too. She did those during COVID
Reputation is savage but also a love album it's when she met Joe. From reputation live tour don't blame me is incredible and I did something bad. 1989 live tour out of the woods & never getting back together electric guitar performance she plays it Her grand opus all too well 10 minutes lyric version and then the short film she directed and wrote (in that order) You guys are so cool for being open and giving her a chance! LOVER from lover album is such a beautiful song too ps most videos have cc so you can see the lyrics w performance
Thank you for the kind words @TiffanyGarten-yg7zz. Means a lot. Being in this business we've learned to not care what the naysayers say. We like who we like, right? :) Thank you again!!
Hello Stephanie! We may do a special on the whole movie. We're overwhelmed! Thank you so much for the information, suggestions, and of course, your support!
Thank you for having us back! It's been an absolute joy so far! I Did Something Bad has come up a lot, so that looks like the direction we're headed. 🙏
As far as suggestions go - one thing I have not seen any reactors do is a short series of her TV and film songs. Here are the ones that I'm aware of that were written specifically for films: Crazier from The Hannah Montana Movie (2009) - Taylor was in the film Today was a Fairytale (2010) - Taylor was also in the film Safe & Sound (with the Civil Wars) from The Hunger Games (2012) Eyes Open from The Hunger Games (2012) Sweeter Than Fiction from One Chance (2013) - a James Corden film I Don't Wanna Live Forever duet with Zayn from Fifty Shades Darker (2016) Beautiful Ghosts from CATS (2019) - she wrote the song but someone else performed it in the film, but Taylor has a lyric video version. You will a bit of intentional British inflection with this one but focus on the lyrics and I think you'll appreciate it. Carolina from Where the Crawdads Sing (2022) My personal favorites are Safe & Sound (music video version), I Don't Wanna Live Forever (music video version), & Carolina (visualizer or lyric video version) Taylor wrote or co-wrote all of these. Welcome to your Taylor journey!
Hey! Wow, thank you so much for doing all that work, we really appreciate it! Unbelievably, we’re swamped with suggestions, but you made it a lot easier. We’ll check and try to do one as soon as we can. 🙏🏼
Great to see you guys taking this journey! I have listened to Taylor’s “radio” tracks, and enjoyed some of the MVs over the last 10 years, thought that she was beautiful and talented both with her writing and singing - but I didn’t pay much attention. In the last 6 months I started checking into her background and musical abilities more and I have been blown away by her versatility! She is such a talented lyricist, creating poetry in many music genres, can play several instruments, produce awesome music videos and live concerts and oh yeah - she is a wonderful human being. You have made a great start with the “Blank space” MV and first live performance you watched, and I know are now inundated with suggestions and requests on what to react to next. All will be great whether the more acoustical Long Pond Studio sessions (“Exile” with Bon Iver!) and Paris version of “Cornelia Street”, performances from her Reputation, 1989, or Eras stadium tours, or music videos. Speaking as one who recently was captivated by Taylor’s diverse performances, I definitely recommend that “Don’t Blame Me” from the Reputation tour, “The Man”, “Look What You Made Me Do”, and “You need to calm down” music videos, and “Exile” from the Long Pond sessions should all fall into your next 5 reactions. ❤
Thank you for not being afraid to be honest. Some people hate Taylor for just being her. Review Pink if u haven’t. Real singing. Watch a video of her flying around above the crowds. She’s amazing!

(Vulnerable Taylor) It's powerful in a different way & is about her relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal.
We did notice! She looks effortless, yet she was doing so much. Incredible! She dated Jake Gyllenhaal? We have so much to learn. lol.
Please dedicate a day as your swiftie day(or two!)! That way we swifties can constantly come back to watch you react to Taylor each week! This is sooo fun. We love guys fathoming Taylor's epicness and why we love her ❤
Oh we've talked about doing that.... maybe... just maybe... :)
You can even do 2 days a week and we'll be here :)
Honestly the best fans!@@wildly_heather
Hello again!!! Welcome to Taylor's "badass" era😂. Tyty for continuing your journey, friendly people are ALWAYS welcomed by swifies❤ would recommend don't blame me, King of my heart, and look what you made me do from reputation tour to further familiarize yourself with this era. Really enjoying watching you guys!
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Gotta do 'I did something bad' ...please from the Reputation Tour
Perfect after the intro, yes!
ABSOLUTELY!!!! This should be next for sure. My favourite performance by far
You should do more of Swift's songs, you'll be surprised by the left turns, production values and performance changes you'll find
My, wife, daughter, and I are all Swifties. My mother (84yrs old). All my brothers and sisters and their families are Swifties as well. 😊
Are you saying it's contagious? GREAT!!!!! Where do we sign up? :)
Welcome to the endless rabbit hole of Taylor Swift! You could probably react to her for 10 years and never run out of content or things to talk about 😂 I would highly recommend "Don't Blame Me" live from the Reputation Tour. It's definitely a fan favorite!!!!!
Copy that 👍🏻
Her current Eras Tour is pretty epic theatrically and she sings and dances live for 3 1/2 hours.
We're finding out how deep and talented she is! Thanks for your comment and support! Sam
Last.week eras.concerts in Melbourne 96000 people a night for 3 nights. This weekend d 4 nights in Sydney. I go saturday
it will be on disney plus on march 15th if you wait until then then you can post your reaction if you dont want to rent it @@HPReact
Reputation stadium tour turned 65 year old me into a Swiftie! I’m 70 now and love and appreciate her more than ever. I used to watch it at least once a year but now it’s no longer available on Netflix 😢.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I’m pretty sure you can watch all of Reputation Tour on TH-cam. I just did it at the gym recently.
I recommend -
We are never ever getting back together from the 1989 world tour. She does a rock version of it! Really cool!
Don’t Blame Me from the rep tour
I Did Something Bad from the rep tour
I second all of these!
As far as music videos go her Bad Blood video is amazing. It is like a little movie. I think you would appreciate the videography of it.
Her shows are spectacular to say the least. Y’all definitely need to watch the rest of this concert
If you want an 11, try Don't Blame Me from the same show
Don't Blame Me is probably the #1 recommendation we're getting right now (overall). Seems to be a fan favorite.
The entire reputation stadium tour is amazing. Her SNL live performances are great as are the acoustic Grammy museum performances
We have heard the Grammy one is a good one to watch.
Bravo!
I 2nd ATW 10 min V - lyric video!
It feels more and more like what we'll do next. We appreciate the recommendation!
All Too Well Grammy performance..one of her most touching performances. There are so many great versions to choose from...but her Grammy performance really hits hard.
I also 2nd ATW10MV lyric video and then the short film
I highly disagree. The short film is MUCH easier to follow for newer people who are trying to follow this particular song.
Oh I cant wait to see every second of this journey, you too are so much fun to watch!!
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Great reaction... not talking over the video every 30 seconds is awesome. You need to react to the next song on the REPUTATION STADIUM TOUR - I DID SOMETHING BAD. It is epic. (Oh - Welcome to the rabbit hole!!!)
We try really hard not to talk, but sometimes we can't control our emotions. lol. Thank you 🙏
I've heard some of her hits on the radio, but never dived into her catalog in any depth, so coming along with you on this Swifty journey!
There's plenty of room!
you also have to watch her in... Out Of The Woods live 1989 world tour performance , she is stunning and sounds amazing!
My favorite off the album is Look what you made me do. It’s even better when you know what it’s about, lol.
Also, Reputation will and will always be a fan favorite. You should also check out Miss Americana,it explains a lot of why Reputation came to be but also shows Taylor for who she is. Really amazing
Miss Americana is great and it’s a short documentary that gives a great insight about her life right before and right after Reputation.
@@erikahutchcraft1742 exactly
🙏🏻🙏🏻
I loved your reaction to this song as I love this performance as well. Yes, welcome to the family of Swifties! I also gave this performance a huge 10.
We're grateful for you and everyone who has been so welcoming. We are definitely taken aback.
Swifties are so happy when people find her and see how amazing she is and also how versatile. Enjoying your reactions, keep going pretty please. You need to follow this up with Don't Blame me please.
Thank you so much 🙏. And I think you're going to be happy with the next one...
Taylors style has shifted so many times over the years. There are massive tunes from each era. She is an amazing artist and I cannot wait to see her live again x
Maybe one day we'll get to see her live. Until then... this was amazing!
Thank you so much @sueabner6210! Sam is already making sure the hole is big enough for the both of us. LOL
We feel like Folklore is where we’re headed next since that’s what most are saying we should check out. 👍🏻
@@HPReact With Folklore, make sure you check out the Long Pond Studio Sessions instead of lyric videos.
@@ER-lq1zo we've been getting a lot of Long Pond Studio Sessions recommendations for sure
@@HPReact Highly recommend you do Long Pond Studio Sessions. You will be absolutely hooked on Taylor Swift after you experience them. Just incredible
You guys are fantastic and so much fun to watch your reactions! I can't wait to watch the next one.
Absolutely. We get that one a lot and we're excited to take a look/listen. Can't wait!
I loved this album because she proved that she can do Anything!! Any style or genre, great job Tay Tay❤😊❤
Live performances by her that are spectacular:
- DONT BLAME ME (LIVE)
- OUT OF THE WOOD (1989 LIVE)
- I DID SOMETHING BAD (LIVE)
We've heard all of those are great. They're on the list! 🙏
Also, we are never getting back together from 1989 tour!
We watched it again a few times after and you're right.... great lyrics! She's pretty amazing.
@@HPReact💡 Hmm, I think all swifties would agree that it would be great if this video had these rewatch reactions (if any) tacked onto the end, so we could get more complete reactions.
@@mwoods8988 not a bad idea 💡
It will give you insight of how great of a song writer she truly is!❤️
I think we're leaning more and more to doing that one next :)
You absolutely have to watch some of the Folklore LPSS next. She’s so versatile, and you’ll really be able to see that going from Reputation stadium tour to Folklore LPSS. Have fun!
Much appreciated. We're trying very hard to navigate the Swift waters :) So many amazing recommendations/comments.
Just happened to stumble across your channel scrolling watching reactions to T Swift. And I absolutely love you guys. Y’all are so refreshing! Please PLEASE do All Too Well (10 min version) or any of her studio sessions!
We love you too! And stay tuned.... might have something for you :)
Now I want to see her live!! Awesome! (60y just turned into a Swiftie👏🏻👏🏻🇨🇭)
Us too!
I think swifties are born once you cry or speechless - i think you two are basically there so welcome!!!
Speechless for sure. I'm waiting for the tear-jerker so that big lug Sam can finally show that sensitive side he [probably] has. lol :)
@@HPReact Def All Too Well Short Film ❤️
3 very different videos that give
you a great sampling The Man, Me, Delicate. all high quality
Go it, going on the list. Which is getting pretty long! :)
Some people, critics and media people put her down and she said she went to London and disappeared for awhile, like a year's time. She recorded Reputation and got ready for the tour . Reputation made millions and was so sucessful and the tour was the biggest grossing one of that period.
Please do ALL TOO WELL SHORT FILM - that way you can start seeing her direction talents!
We heard she's a great director :)
Yay! So glad y’all did another Taylor song! I think it would be good to kinda jump from different albums, this way you can see and appreciate just how talented she is and how diverse her genre range is.
All too well 10 MV is my next suggestion. Do the lyric video tho.
Definitely! We're getting a lot of suggestions about doing the lyric videos. 👍
Absolutely! We've been hearing about that one a lot! Thank you for the recommendation 🙏
These videos are good because you get the best sound. It seems to be taken direct from the mics, so the sound is clear. There's also a live band. She really seems to love performing. She definitely loves seeing the audience having a good time.
100%
Don't Blame Me, great reaction.
🙏
Out Of The Woods live from the 1989 World Tour is insane and its from the same album as Blank Space!
Her song ❤ look what you make me do ❤❤ must watch
just watched the other video and now this one, loved your openness and your vibe over it all, I love watching people being brought to taylor's craft and work and being blown away by it.
Working on it! Thank you so much for the information, and of course, your support!
Hello again! So glad you’re back! I would follow this up with more from her Reputation tour live “I Did Something Bad” and “Don’t Blame Me” for sure! Looking forward to watching more you guys react and learn more about Taylor ❤
Very popular recommendations. I've got Sam on lockdown until the next one. :)
Next, I would love to watch you guys hear & respond to one of Swift's many non-love, non-heartbreak songs:
The Last Great American Dynasty
Rebekah Harkness used to own the house that TS owns in Maine. "She had a marvelous time ruining everything." Great storytelling.
Lyrics:
Rebekah rode up on the afternoon train
It was sunny
Her salt box house on the coast took her mind off St. Louis
Bill was the heir to the Standard Oil name
And money
And the town said, How did a middle class divorcée do it?
The wedding was charming if a little gauche
There's only so far new money goes
They picked out a home and called it Holiday House
Their parties were tasteful if a little loud
The doctor had told him to settle down
It must've been her fault his heart gave out
And they said, there goes the last great American dynasty
Who knows if she never showed up what could've been?
There goes the maddest woman this town has ever seen
She had a marvelous time ruining everything.
Rebekah gave up on the Rhode Island set
Forever
Flew in all her Bitch Pack friends from the City.
Filled the pool with champagne
And swam with the big names
And blew through the money
On the boys and the ballet
And losing on card game bets with Dalí.
And they said, there goes the last great American dynasty
Who knows if she never showed up what could've been?
There goes the most shameless woman this town has ever seen
She had a marvelous time ruining everything.
They say she was seen on occasion
Pacing the rocks, staring out at the midnight sea
And in a feud with her neighbor
She stole his dog and dyed it key lime green
Fifty years is a long time
Holiday House sat quietly on that beach
Free of women with madness
Their men and bad habits
And then it was bought by me.
Who knows if I never showed up what could have been?
There goes the loudest woman this town has ever seen
I had a marvelous time ruining everything
I had a marvelous time
Ruining everything
A marvelous time
Ruining everything
A marvelous time
I had a marvelous time.
"The Last Great American Dynasty" by Taylor Swift and Aaron Dressner (2020, from the album "Folklore")
And if this song of hers impresses you as it does me, wait until you hear and learn her song about her grandmother the opera singer, "Marjorie."
others have probably said this already BUT the reputation stadium tour was from 2018 and the one she’s currently been doing for (I think) almost over a year is the ERAS tour! The reputation tour was her singing songs mainly from her reputation album but some of her other songs. The ERAS tour she is currently doing, is she is singing some songs from EVERY album…which is why it’s called, “The Eras Tour”!
Oh wow! Definitely makes sense. We’re going to check out ERAS soon. We keep hearing amazing things about it from all of you wonderful fans.
Well, we're always looking for guidance. We're a boat without an oar in the middle of a Taylor Swift ocean :) So many choices!
Welcome guys! If you want ANOTHER style change Evermore or folklore. Long pond sessions all live. Tolerate it from eras tour is beautiful and heart wrenching. Willow and cardigan are amazing too. She did those during COVID
All too well is a complete different view and you can tell how versatile she is
Yes, we noticed it and that's why Sam was impressed with her writing and musicianship.
She's Such a Legend
truth
I love the music video to this one!
We do too! Thank you so much for your support!
Look What You Made Me Do, Bad Blood, and You Need to Calm Down are all great!
LOVE it!! Great reaction! Welcome to Swift land lol.
🙏🙏🙏🙏
Reputation is savage but also a love album it's when she met Joe. From reputation live tour don't blame me is incredible and I did something bad.
1989 live tour out of the woods & never getting back together electric guitar performance she plays it
Her grand opus all too well 10 minutes lyric version and then the short film she directed and wrote (in that order)
You guys are so cool for being open and giving her a chance!
Watched it 100 times! You have to watch the entire show!! Please there’s nothing like it!!! Please!!😊
Hello Stephanie! We may do a special on the whole movie. We're overwhelmed! Thank you so much for the information, suggestions, and of course, your support!
Arm officially twisted. :) I think that would be a fun reaction!
Out of the Woods video is topnotch!
Look What You Made Me Do from Reputation! The visuals are amazing
On the list :)
It's funny to see people in the comments say they got into Taylor because of Travis. I got into Travis because of Taylor.
Touche' :)
You’re back! Yay! 🎉🎉🎉 We Swifties love to see people who know nothing about her learning in real time. I recommend I Did Something Bad next! ❤
Thank you for having us back! It's been an absolute joy so far! I Did Something Bad has come up a lot, so that looks like the direction we're headed. 🙏
Please watch the rock version live of “we are never getting back together” in her 1989 concert. You will enjoy it
As far as suggestions go - one thing I have not seen any reactors do is a short series of her TV and film songs. Here are the ones that I'm aware of that were written specifically for films:
Crazier from The Hannah Montana Movie (2009) - Taylor was in the film
Today was a Fairytale (2010) - Taylor was also in the film
Safe & Sound (with the Civil Wars) from The Hunger Games (2012)
Eyes Open from The Hunger Games (2012)
Sweeter Than Fiction from One Chance (2013) - a James Corden film
I Don't Wanna Live Forever duet with Zayn from Fifty Shades Darker (2016)
Beautiful Ghosts from CATS (2019) - she wrote the song but someone else performed it in the film, but Taylor has a lyric video version. You will a bit of intentional British inflection with this one but focus on the lyrics and I think you'll appreciate it.
Carolina from Where the Crawdads Sing (2022)
My personal favorites are Safe & Sound (music video version), I Don't Wanna Live Forever (music video version), & Carolina (visualizer or lyric video version)
Taylor wrote or co-wrote all of these.
Welcome to your Taylor journey!
Hey! Wow, thank you so much for doing all that work, we really appreciate it! Unbelievably, we’re swamped with suggestions, but you made it a lot easier. We’ll check and try to do one as soon as we can. 🙏🏼
Reputation was her best concert
We do hear that a lot. Based on this song alone... I'd say that feels pretty accurate.
Subscribing for the Tay content ❤️
My new favorite hobby is watching non-swifties become swifties in 5 minutes or less ❤ Love your insightful reactions!
This was filmed at Dallas cowboys stadium. It was soldout
Oh wow! Thank you for the info! We thought it looked familiar
Love love love this album and song.
We do too! Now just need to listen to the rest of the album
No, dude, you were dreaming about being in her dream! ❤❤
All fantastic recommendations. Thank you thank you thank you!
Reputation is such a great cd also Evanescence old cd Fallen .love them both . Thanks guys for all that you do.
Thank YOU for riding along @02michellemybell02. We appreciate you. 🙏
Hope you guys do more of her reputation tour and also americana on netflix is so good about her too.
absolutely! 👍
Subscribed for more, more, more! There's so many live performances and her videos are top tier. She writes, directs and produces. Incredible talent.
It's so hard to figure out where to dive in next :)
Thank you for not being afraid to be honest. Some people hate Taylor for just being her. Review Pink if u haven’t. Real singing. Watch a video of her flying around above the crowds. She’s amazing!
Might be a good one to do because we have never seen Pink in concert. We have heard some of her songs, but nothing live.
Enjoyed your reaction. 😊
I would highly recommend the Reputation tour version of Don’t Blame Me. It’s a fun pop/rock song with an incredible performance.
