Dude, tbh, I came for the monitor but stayed for the video, you really have a good presentation, smooth cuts, lighting and script. Keep it going bro! One more sub.
I ordered one last week without seeing any reviews, it's supposed to be delivered Tuesday, so I'm glad to see this review.I was confident in buying it because I had the h27t22 but I broke it out of anger.
I got the 27 inch 1440p VA version last year for console. It's fantastic for Series X. Pretty good for PS5. Mine doesn't have HDMI 2.1, which ps5 needs for vrr, but xbox doesn't. It's crazy how a new brand is actually a company that's been making monitors for other brands for a while.
@cletustrainer nice. Does the Xbox recognize it as a 1440p display and render at that res? I use my series x with a 1080p ips 165hz pixio monitor. Wondering if I could also get higher frames with greater fidelity on a different display?
@@rasluffi yes, but is doesn't seem to at first. You have to basically set it up for 120 hz twice. It'll act like you can't do it at first. You'll see what I mean.
It’s kinda crazy how far gaming monitors have come. I remember I bought my first 144hz monitor with giant bezels and weighing like 30 lbs for $500+ in like 2014. My goal since then was to only upgrade to 4K 144hz when it reaches this price point. Tbh I compromised and bought this monitor on Amazon a couple days ago and settled for 2k, because the price was just unbeatable for the refresh rate which is currently matching my PC’s FPS. I think another huge selling point for this is the 122% sRGB color gamut, which is a lot better than your Samsung monitors at half the price and double or triple the refresh rate. Thanks for the awesome video by the way!
@@pandahero9293 Yes that would be a good pairing. Honestly there's no reason these days to use 1080p or have a lesser refresh rate monitor. Your gpu won't take full advantage of the monitor in most brand new games, but it's not like you have to get 180 fps in order to use it. I game on a 1440p 165hz monitor on my 3070ti and I typically don't get 165 fps.
Does anyone know if i will get a good experience playing ps5 with a 1440 p monitor with no vrr? I have a lg gp850 and want to buy a ps5 but i dont know if the experience will be good since it does not support vrr.
@@unknown2023.5I take back what I said in my comment. It does have backlight bleeding, but it's not very noticeable. I would still recommend buying it; the monitor is amazing
Just bought this monitor for $144 on prime day. For the price, I don't think it can get any better than this!
You can still get it for 144 with the voucher and 10% off coupon
I got it for 76€
36$ right here, with temu's credit obviously 😅

LOL. Dude I feel you. I've crushed a keyboard or two. Never a monitor. I hope I don't see rage like that again. haha
Hey man, any updates? Thinking about ordering this too. Feel like I finally deserve an upgrade from my old TN 1080p 144 HZ.

Yeah man it’s pretty impressive. It’s been great so far. Still surprised at the price point
What do you play on it?
@@rasluffi Titanfall 2 is my main shooter. I play a ton of stuff on Xbox and mostly the Sony exclusives on PS5.

Great Video
You have to make a video on all the osd features on this monitor👍🙏
what is a good pc to support this monitor?
This or the Acer Nitro 27" WQHD
What did you end up choosing?
I got it recently but when I move the monitor around I hear some stuff shuffling inside it, is that normal?
Mine 100% doesn’t do that lol
Damn might have to get a replacement then😂 by the way would you recommend this monitor with a 3060? I'm kinda new to this pc stuff

Nice Video! Thanks- can I ask what monitor arm did you end up getting?
This one! geni.us/vivomonitorarm
@@MinimalisTech Thank You ! God Bless!
Thanks, nice Review. What does the lamp on the monitor do??
lights up the desk, its a good alternative to a regular desk lamp as it doesn't take any desk space.
Nice video!
Thanks man!

Have you noticed any screen tearing? I notice the old monitor I used had a lot of screen tearing regardless of Vsync on/off.
You need to use freesync/ gsync to eliminate tearing Or have more fps than screen refresh rate to have 0 tearing
Does anyone know how to contact the people at ktc? Preferably by email?
Random q but is the logo on this able to be removed?
is that an es-333 on your wall?
YUP. He’s a legend 🤙🏽🤙🏽
What is the wattage of this monitor?
maybe like idk record the video at a not dumb angle?
lol u mad?
@MinimalisTech yeah I'm pretty mad that I tried to watch a review on a screen and I was disappointed because I couldn't
I just got there 24inch 1440p 100hz model for 169.49$ Canadian. It's also a IPS panel so ghosting should be really good.
How you like that 100hz ips 24in one sir?
3:20 lol
Mine has Blacklight bleeding 😭
?
what does that mean its now 115$ on amazon should i buy it?
