Ive had this "depression" for a while and I have a GIrlfriend and not addicted to anything but I can honestly tell you listening to Andrew has helped me think diffeerently. Sitting here sad isnt going to help my mom or father or myself. Really inspiring and sad to see the media try to cancel this man for being a positive force.

As someone who was given the diagnosis of “depressed”, and hated it, but couldn’t exactly put words to my internal feelings of why I hated it, this mans description hits so hard it made me feeling 100 different emotions at once.
I know myself I wasn’t depressed, I just didn’t have the resources at the time to deal with my problems and just switched off and gave up.
I didn’t catch a disease.
There was nothing wrong with my brain.
My life was good, it turned shit, I couldn’t make it unshit, and things just went downhill from there.
I’m slowly getting myself out and making progress this last month.
You really do know yourself if your doing all you can to make things better, I think you know when your lying to yourself. When I was “depressed” I think I had to lie myself 24/7 to make it through the day

I work with addicts and alcoholics for a living, so many people I work with have depression and anxiety and what he says about depression will make a lot of people angry but I totally agree with him, the people i work with and I know what I am talking about from personal experience because I am an addict too, i am in this line of work because of my lived experience, so I hear people everyday saying they are depressed, I was the same, I actually went to the doctors asking for depression medication, I thought I had mental illness, I actually thought I had some rare disease no one knew about, but the truth was my addiction was my depression, my life caused me depression, I had anxiety and didnt want to leave the house, yeah because I looked a mess, I felt shit because I was skint. Get clean, get sober, keep busy, have stuff to do, work, educate yourself, have interests, take up hobbies, do stuff you enjoy, be out in nature, get fresh air, meditate, be around good people, have conversation, watch things like this, learn new things and I can guarantee you are not depressed... I dont need anti-depressants now but like Tate says they want people to be depressed because its perfect, just like they want people still to be addicts and alcoholics because it keeps millions in jobs or they would have an endless stream of rehab and detox places and there would be huge funding for services to offer meetings, AA, CA, NA even SMART all work but they dont want you to go there, part of AA traditions is not to promote and advertise, its word of mouth basically so because the elites or companies etc cant make money from them they dot speak about them but if they actually CARED they would tell you to go and do a 12 step programme, just like they never once said during covid that your natural immunity will help fight it, they didnt tell you to go out and get fresh air, to eat the right foods etc because again they dont make money off that so they push a vaccine which made them billions

My brother was exactly like you lol making his 1st million by 32 & ended up empty & numb & committed suicide.

He is articulate and precise. He speaks with energy and enthusiasm and he’s confident and charismatic enough to put his point across. I don’t have a problem with this guy I find him entertaining. Listen to everything he says has substance where are you believe it or understand it you can’t help but listen to it…

He's great but the opener, him saying adultery is okay in a man, is honestly disgusting.
I much prefer Katie Hopkins over him; she has a much mote fair and balanced outlook on masculinity. And with the world.

Very interesting. Must admit when I saw the trailer first impressions weren’t great! However he actually speaks a lot of sense . His positivity is very infectious . Got to admire his balls. The suicide part he couldn’t be further from the truth. These people are in such a dark place they loose all sense of everything. Couple of other things were a bit out there as well. But yet again a brilliant podcast. James your face on some of his points made me proper laugh lol.
