    After every podcast...the high I get realising that I have learnt something new is unmatchable and makes me sleep peacefully ....
    And the wisdom being spoken as some casual neighbour talk by such experienced people ( both the host and the guest in every session ) is becoming a base to stand on and learn things which ( latently ) is fastening my career ( a quality life too )
    Big Lee sir .... eager to get educated more and more by you and your guests 🔥

    Honestly, I don't think anyone fitness personality from TN produces such high quality content packed with so much knowledge. I'm positive these pods are truly going to be instrumental in changing the mindset of many tamilians and help them perceive nutrition in a whole new light.

    Champ, I understand the journey of steroid cycles and its necessity, but why do many bodybuilders are still on the juice even after stopped competing. Is it that they are addicted to it or they can't accept the fact of how their body looks after stopping steroids.

      many dont want to give up the bodysize and it takes time to get off the fact that attention is not everything when you age...
      i had to leg go of almost 20kgs of bodyweight when i stopped competing

      @BigleeTamil I totally agree. I was on it for a year, tremendous results just is 3 months, was very motivating. But I had to make a decision if it's worth unless I am competing and gave it up.
