    I enjoyed this conversation! I'm all for weight training and that's been the biggest game changer for me too. One thing that made me go what?!?! - was Ramya telling us - keep us yoga once a week. Why? I know lot of crossfitters and Olympic weight lifters do yoga for mobility. Why not lift weights for 3 days a week (like she says) and do yoga the remn 4 days?
    Otherwise, I really LOVED this conversation!! This is probably the only long video I have watched fully where I didn't do it in fast forward mode. Thank you, Dr.Pal and Ramya!

    Thanks Dr Pal and VJ Ramya for such a inspiring talk. Most of the things discussed are so relatable but not given importance when spoken about , menstrual cramps or mood swings are common because it’s every month so one is expected to get used to it rather than learning about it and giving space to the gal to overcome those changes. Especially covid period has made lot many gals get into sedentary lifestyle with junk food one side of it. Now it’s difficult for parents to get them out of it and help them out not bcoz of body shaming rather to utilise the early ages of training self to be healthy.

For bulk cooking like function or hotels are keeping the ltr packets in heating pan without opening and when the pack get contact with heated pan it will open. I am trying to achieve my BMI till now I have lost 9 kg weight and it’s difficult for a month my weight was stuck …later on I realised that I was gaining muscle weight 😂.The viodeos are really good and informative content especially when it comes to Indian foods. It’s difficult to find food that help your gut . Another hardest challenge is when you are out with friends what should you eat as every thing has sugar or deep freid😅.

    • @mravi5348
      @mravi5348 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      One scoop of Whey protein(21 gms) u can have immediately after weight training, if you do two hours of weight training u can take 40 to 50 gms of Whey protein. Excess of anything is not good, generally people say that excess protein is bad for kidney, but it is not true. One can consume 1.5 gm to 2 gm of protein per kg of body weight. Half of them from supplements and the rest from natural sources

I have seen women bulking up after crossing a certain weight that does not look good (this person is just a normal person .. not competing in any related sports)... I keep it low weights but more reps and try to be consistent (4 times a week of strength training and it has worked out for me .. toned muscles) ..

    • @hell594
      @hell594 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      (I would first like to say that I'm just making an educated guess here through my memory. I in no way am an expert on the topic) It's actually related to a cruel experiment done in Germany during Hitler's peak. The study used sound to keep the human subjects from falling asleep. They found that the maximum human brain can go without sleep is 15 days. The subjects who were used went insane after day 5 and by day 10 they were killing each other and tearing down limbs of corpses through their bare teeth. They were begging to turn the sound back on when it was closed. The last subject went absolutely mad, tore apart parts of himself and at last killed himself by smashing his brain on a wall. The postpartum showed the behaviour was majorly triggered due the fact that the brain got so overworked and tired, it started eating itself to survive leading the subjects to become completely insane. So uh I hope this helped

    Dear Doctor Pal,
    I trust this comment finds you in good spirits. I've been an avid follower of your TH-cam channel and greatly admire the insightful content you produce, particularly on matters concerning health and nutrition.
    I am writing to seek your expertise regarding Indian dietary recommendations tailored for individuals with Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). As someone who values your comprehensive approach to healthcare, I believe your insights could significantly benefit those of us navigating this condition within the context of Indian cuisine.
    Could you please share any specific dietary advice or recommendations you have for managing HS symptoms while adhering to traditional Indian dietary practices? I am particularly interested in learning about ingredients or meal plans that may help alleviate inflammation and support overall well-being for individuals with HS.
    Your guidance on this matter would be immensely valuable, and I eagerly await any insights you can offer.
    Thank you for considering my request and for the impactful work you do.
    Warm regards.
