BTW.. if you're saying that that's a Forged piston.. someone has lied to you.. you can tell that the piston is cast because of the dimples in the valve relief valleys.. A FORGED piston is made out of billet material and CNC cut there's no dimples on a forged piston..
Hi Mike..How long do you allow the permatex cooper spray on the gasket before you install it..Nice Bang Jin bell and NYC drive face..What roller weight are you usung for this set up?Thanks in advance
Sorry late response I believe we switched it to 11 or 12 gram roller weights you can don't have to wait that long maybe a few minutes after applying copper spray only on the transmission cover I wouldn't do it on the CVT gasket that should be kept dry
I’m a car and bike show guy. Your detailing is waaaay to obsessive. Lol I would hate to be the person to make the Closed Caption for this video. Hahahaha
Hi i just want to ask a question i bought a jiso variator and the guy told me it requires a g ring. I assumed that its a variator shims. Is that correct?
Wow this is awesome! So my scooter 125cc is slightly moving me to the left without my control? Not sure what is the problem here. But it happened after my accident when I fell off the scooter. However, I was able to replace my CVT, drive belt, and also the Clutch. 1min - What I noticed inside the variator which is the shaft with the star shape and the spacer between, mine has been wrecked from the accident and I left as it is? Now the scooter is always drifting to the left.
So I bought a ncy complete cvt performance kit and put 12g sliders in and came with 1500 "yellow" contra and three 2000 "red" clutch springs.. The motor is pushing right at 180cc and when I give gas it takes forever to actually move... I. E. High rpm What am I doing wrong?
What's it in a bike or buggy? What were stock roller weights? Did you use sliders or rollers? Sliders should be 1- 2 grams heavier than rollers. Did you lose top end or only low end?
Worried about looks but your just going to leave that mismatched washer stackup. An nobody uses a brass wheel on there cylinder wall. That is what you were "loosing " your breath on. If you don't really understand what it is your doing, you should of not make a how to video.
A lil peace of Advice. Don’t video tape ur self looking for washers what ppl want is skip and go. If you don’t no what I mean is if ur missing somthing stop the video look for it and start the video once you find it. Go straight to the point u wasted so much time man. I wish you luck. Bless
A nub but sounded like pro What a joke..... Using a razor to clean a port Really??? Why dont use carb cleaner?? And also, you used too many washer, no need to use that many washer, that kind of nut already more than enough Bwahahahhahaha
You should make a video upgrading a 139qmb 50cc Chinese scooter with a ncy

I'm thinking your never going to run the variator without a nut. So, why would it matter if there is a mark behind the nut?
