The variator weights are the easiest mod for improving performance. They allow your motor to actually get into it's "power curve". My scooter was only capable of about 30-32 MPH with stock variator weights. Replacing them with slightly lighter weights allowed it to make 42-45 MPH. I usually run it around 35 MPH but the extra speed is nice to have available in case I need it.
@@wadeadams2775 Heavier weights throw out the front pulley at a lower rpm Thus bogging down the engine before it can get into it's power curve. Which is like taking off on a 15 speed bike in a high gear.
On my 168, the revs build a little too much so i goose it a shade and the seemingly stuck weights fling out more. Rpm doesn't change but ground speed sure does..fast. I cruise at 40 but would like 50. What do you think?
Here is another horse power tip u can add to your collection, you install non resistor spark plug and a non resister solid copper spark plug wire and finally a high voltage capicator

@@lennieloven4376change your cc you can go crazy towards the 90cc or you can keep it low at 80cc or 72cc then idd also recommend to change the gearing to make use of that extra power you got and buy a bigger carburetor. Well done! Your videos are head and shoulders above any of the other GY6/Buddy 125 content I've seen. The info is concise, accurate, accessible and entertaining. In addition, the parts and kits look to be about the best available to the market, and you certainly know what you're talking about. So...with all of that said...I went and got a 2008 Genuine Buddy 125 today from a seller in Denver. It runs, but it is pretty beat up. (I traded a drone for it.) The previous owner bought it from a police auction, and he thinks it was most likely a joy ride victim. I am the type of person that looks at motorized machinery as art, so I see beyond the dings, dents and cracks. I also do not own anything that I do not modify. :) My goal is to transform this scooter from its current condition into a custom, show-worthy, ass-kicking little bike. After having watched a whole slew of Buddy 125 videos that really didn't offer much in the way of information or inspiration I found your channel. I'm really glad that I did. I now have a much clearer idea of what some of the possibilities are. Since it is currently February, and it's not going to be much fun to ride a scooter for several weeks I am thinking about doing a sort of "frame up" restoration on this bike. During this process, as I progress from scooter newbie to proud owner of a badass Buddy scooter. I plan to document everything on video and in a blog. I am a professional cinematographer, and former journalist. I love discovering new stories to tell, especially those which involve internal combustion and smoking tires. When I restored my Miata from "squirrel nest" to "wow dude" I did almost everything with basic tools in my driveway, and without much to work with besides elbow grease and profanity. Fabricating parts was difficult to say the least. I didn't have a lot of fabrication capacity to work with, basically a drill press, belt sander and hand tools. That has changed, drastically. I'm now a member of the local #Makerspace, so I have unlimited access to a whole array of tools, machines, resources, etc. The Makerspace opens up a plethora of customization/restoration options for this project. I can machine parts on the CNC mills/lathes, print them on one of the 3D printers, laser engrave, vinyl cut, lay carbon fiber, electroplate, weld, etc. etc. I know that having this type of fabrication capability will go a long way toward making this project amazing, but especially in combination with your body of knowledge, as well as the large array of top-shelf performance parts you offer. Knowing that there are industry pros and an inventory of killer parts an hour north is comforting. Ordering parts from Amazon or whatever doesn't necessarily cut it when your project is important and has to be done right the first time. No one at Amazon is equipped to discuss carb jetting or tell you how to fine tune your torque curve. They have no problem selling you a part that either won't work for your project or just isn't that great. I always prefer buying from folks who know what they are talking about, and care about their customer's results. I can see this project emerging as a story about the path from 'newbie with a basket case bike' to 'proud owner/builder of something incredibly cool'. The build process will definitely involve a few of the items in this video, along with many others I will discover on your website. I think that it's also likely that new parts and products could result from this project as it progresses. (I am also a design engineer.) Anyhow....I live in Colorado Springs, CO, about an hour from you guys, and while I will most likely not be riding the project bike up to your shop while winter weather is here, I would really like to reach out to you during this project, and make your products, your company and your team part of the story. Let me know if you' guys would like to chat about this. Cheers! Keep up the good work. P.S. It is possible to fit a Genuine Buddy 125 into the back of a Subaru Crosstrek if you fold the seats down. :)
The buddies are great scooters! You can really wake them up! I would be happy to help as much as I can. When it comes to the actually genuine parts, I am not a dealer so that part get rough. Other than that, I can certainly help!

Wow - I am new to scooters and I find them fascinating but mostly just cool, particularly from an engineering standpoint. I have watched a lot of videos but this one beats them all! "Continuous Variable Transmission also known as a CVT"... also known originally as a "Variomatic". The system was created by the Dutch company DAF, also known as... "Van Doorne's Automobile Factory".
About 30 years before that a guy adapted saw mill cvt transmissions into cars and about 500 years ago leonardo de vinci designed the cvt but only in drawings.

So my biggest problem with the 150 cc scooter was hills. I am still learning about all the mechanics, but theoretically, the best things to alleviate that would be increasing airflow and upgrading the CVT (maybe big more kit too) right? Dont need a higher top speed so no new gear is required, and I dont need to start up faster so I dont think the diaphragm-less carb is needed.
i think you need to decrease your transmission ratio by using light variator weights and soft clutch springs. I've done it on my BWS 50, 4.4g variator weights, and the polini clutch who is adjustable. I lost only 9% of top speed in hill with this setup!
Dude so impressed one hell of a video coming up I'm going to be talking about a new carburetor apparently you guys got it down you got a lot of stuff coming everybody wants to see that Turbo and I also have you guys on Instagram appreciate the videos brother it helps us all tremendously

Not so Pro Tip: if you don't want to fiddle with the weights in the CVT just remove three of the stock ones. Remove one and leave the opposite one directly across in. You will lose top end so only do this if you're playing around on hills and in areas that require more get to the gone instead of the gone.
Just changing the oil in a GY6 to AMSOIL synthetic four stroke scooter oil will up the top speed from 32 to 40mph in a 50cc. The mpg improves from 83 to 94mpg as well.
Nice little bit of info although spark plug wires have resistance and its not all the same and larger gauge doesn't always mean better your looking for least resistance. Do admit EFI vs carb is a hard choice now given technology available.
I got a chuckle when he said that about thicker cable giving a hotter spark. No, a thicker plug wire just has better insulation. Unless the conductor inside the wire is larger, there won’t be any difference in spark.
Very informative. One issue I am not sure of and that is the smaller air filter. All things being equal larger filter offers less restriction to air flow.
Interesting stuff. Here in Europe these 4 stroke motors aren't really modified ever, everyone's just modding their two stroke scooters. Seems to be the exact opposite over there in the US.
A slightly shorter cvt belt = the poor mans final drive ratio change. The belt rides quite a lot lower on the rear pulley at higher engine speeds, massively lowering the rpm vs mph. Tried it on a 139qmb engine once and with the right power upgrades, would have seen a big turn of speed, without over revving. As it was, it became more of a cruiser that couldn't exploit the engines power at higher rpm's. It never got there... Cool video.
@rolling wrench i need a BIG favor can you get into motorized bikes and build a 2t smoker or a simple phatmoto rover 2020 buy/mod. Respect your skill and eye/style love your builds watched all vids have helped me a ton! With even a few things modified, some for power and some for top speed...how do you protect from over heating/stressing the stock piston and cylinder ?
@@mikegerard11 as long as you don't buy a unrestricted cdi that allows the rpm to go beyond the norm, all of these upgrades should be just fine. Nothing extraordinary. Unless you were familiar with the bike, you wouldn't even notice these "upgrades". About all you can do without big bore kits and such is choose between more top end or bottom end and maybe add a fraction of a horsepower.
Im new to 50cc engines but they are incredably tunable. Got a dead Sonik Yxhte for free a couple of days ago. My 1p54fmi Pitpro dirtbike just so happens to have gone to bike heaven this weekend. Aloooot of parts swith over. With destrictions removed but a stock cdi, the ignition coil from the pitpro, the red NGK igniton cable plus hat, a iridium plug and most importantly! The fuel/air mixture screw from the pitpros pz26 carb combined with a 12v24Ah battery(this by faaaar is the most performance giving). It's pulling wheelies and spinning the back wheel. Im able to hillclimb offroad with bald tires, little shits amazing! Topping out at around 75 km/h on flat ground 😂
I own a 2009 Scoot Coupe with a GY6 150cc. I want to eliminate the airbox, add a better carb and air cleaner, and possibly the clutch system. I'm 230 pounds and my wife is around 150lbs. I want to learn GY6 now. Is it a breed of engine and trans combined like a GM motor of different sizes that will fit in most GM cars vs. Ford motors, etc,? I think I could have some fun with this set-up. Are all GY6's created equal? If I find a Ruckus or Honda Elite with a GY6, can I transplant it to my 3 wheel cart within reason considering size restrictions? What are the best vehicles to scavenge for to find the best GY6 set-up? I spose many people throw out vehicles with larger displacement GY6's often and I could probably find a nice one for pennies on the dollar that might need some work. BTW, I believe mine would have the long case since I have 13" tires. Thanks.
I'm looking to get a 150cc . These 50cc gy6 engines Don't have enough output to satisfy my brain in it's false sense of danger going slow. I somehow feel more secure at higher rates of speed.
Jerome Devigne when I commented this I owned a Znen R8 50cc scooter that maxed out at 20mph. Now I own a Vento Triton 2 stroke 70cc that goes 50+mph. I upgraded the carb adjusted the needle to a richer mixture and re-jetted it.

Re: "smoothness" of a cv (constant velocity carb) A straight slide carb will require the rider to tune their throttle wrist. If engine rpms are low and the throttle is snapped wide open abruptly the speed of the air through the carb drops and it no longer picks up fuel. That is the situation addressed by the CV carb and it's secondary vacuum operated slide. "Snappier" throttle response can be obtained with a CV through various methods, the most common is drilling out the port on the bottom of the slide that passes vacuum (engine demand) to the top of the diaphragm (thus lifting the slide)
I'm 70 years old, so it's cool to see kids who area interested in this mechanical stuff,,,,so many today don't seem to care. But.....you need to warn/ advise kids how it is necessary to do combinations of these at once, or risk overstressing the base design.
Dude, everything you said in this video is gonna have a huge impact on the Euro-GY6. My modified 50cc has a 72cc on it. With that I chose Naraku Performance CVT with 5.5gram rollers, stock carburetor (size 86 jet) and Tecno Silent Pro exhaust (low profile exhaust). And for ignition I have stock coil and StylePro unrestricted CDI. That means my GY6 can take up to 30k rpm before my coil gives up. But of course the engine can't handle that xD With this setup, I have the smoothest and most even acceleration I have ever experienced. Falls on its face at 55 mph xD But I don't care that much about the speed. 55 mph is plenty on a 82 kg (about 180 lbs) scooter.
@@RollingWrench Now, the time has come to change engine mount bushings on my GY6. How would I do that in the best way possible? Even better, leaving the engine on the bike?
I've got a 2023 Wolf Rugby II Still a beginner when it comes to scooters. It's a 150cc GY6 157QMJ long case from what I understand. The dealer sells them with performance carburetor I think 32mm. Don't know what weights they come with in them or stock gearing. Wondering what are the best and usually cheapest modifications I can do to this specific model if you have ever had the opportunity to know one. Exhaust, air filter, final gears, spark plug, or do I need to go deeper and do a cvt upgrade, spring, clutch, roller weights, etc, or even deeper upgrade bore size and camshaft. What's the best easiest combo to boost my power? 45-50 on flats 6k rpm . 55-60 downhill 7-8k rpm . 35 maybe 40 mph uphill 6k rpm. Thanks for your help and advice!
Hi from England ! Love your videos. I have a question. I have an AJS Modena 125 cc which has a GY 6 engine. Can you tell me if the engine needs any timing adjustment for the spark or is it factory set? Many thanks. Keep up the top work informing us.
Simplest is lighten the roller wieghts. Try and find your optimum power v revs online somewhere. Then use roller weights to get your scoot to hold the revs the longest.
I’m with you! Have a wolf rugby and islander. Both Gy6 50cc. No videos or parts specifically for the 50cc Gy6 modifications. And I’m not certain the mods for the 150cc will work On the 50cc. I emailed rolling wrench sometime ago requesting a video on insight on the 50cc mods. Have not seen any videos posted yet. Keep me posted.

That looks nice. I used to work at a place, where we did service on motorcycles and scooters. We had a customer who had a 80cc scooter (no, not legal). It was re-built so everything was top end. The customer used to race with that scooter, it could reach a top speed of 170Km/H, also the exhaust was custom built by my boss back then. Also had a NoS system..

hi there, for the 171 bore up kit(for 150cc efi liquid cooled gy6 scooters[ex: modern honda click/vario 150i scooters]), does adding high flow oil pump is required? or can I just swap to a bigger radiator or just simply do nothing at all? let's assume I will be doing cross country touring. mostly high speed & 10hrs straight non stop rides? thank you
my understanding is above a 180cc big bore kit has to have an oil cooler. I think you should be fine. I am running 180cc no oil cooler or radiator, and I am fine without the high flow oil pump too.

I liked the EFI but it costs as much as my scooter did. I have an 18mm on it now. Less than thirty bucks on ebay and much better than the stock. I ride a scooter out of necessity and I'm over 65. My biggest fear is being over run from behind because I'm not able to keep up with traffic. 30 mph is a dangerous speed to be limited to. When a big truck, or even a car, rolls up in my rearview at twice my speed I get nervous. Especially if I have nowhere to go and already at full throttle. There are a lot of hills where I live which dramatically cut the speed of a 50cc. Maybe I'm paranoid but I've been riding a scooter for seven years, now. I'd like to not become road kill.
Lol funny all the assumptions with "Chinese" scooters... seeing how they junk lets race pinks ill even go best of 3. Match class base on stock bore size..
What assuptions? You must not know much about them and what potential they have. Majority of japanese and italian scooters have efi and that is a big difference. That and they're high maintance.
@@ItsDaJax mine doesnt have any EFi , since i run a 70cc Liquid Cooled Minarelli MA Engine from 1998 (it's a Benelli 491, which is exactly that one scooter with that Malossi set the world record for 50cc Scooters). Oh and i also had a GY6 with a Big Bore Kit too , those are called Rex RS 450 in Germany but i didn't like it , especially the flimsy Stock Shocks.. Im suprised that people like those GY6 Engined Scooters in America because in Germany they're called "Baumarkt Roller" which could be translated to "Home Depot Pedal Scooter" because they were exclusively sold there and only run 20-25km/h and probably break within in a Week :D
@@pacman6169 Them being cheap is why they are popular... one reason. They are known as junkbikes here, too. They are kinda high maintanance, too. But the engine design is simple and easy to work on and aftermatket is about as strong as any two-stroke scooter. I had a Taotao Quantum 150 that ran 65mph and the shocks are shitty. Me and my at the time fiances combined wieght was over it's limit and eventually the rear shocks broke in an amazing way; the tops of both broke. The rods snapped free of their upper mounts, shot out the shock bodies, through the coil springs and mysteriously dissapeared. We pulled over and I picked the back of the bike up and it was sitting on the springs, shock rods nowhere to be found. I like them, though. I can work on them. The 250cc models are usually running a Honda 250 Helix clone engine and are watercooled. The 150s make typically 9hp. The shop I worked at, had a stock 150 that was a big 50cc/125 chassis that would pop wheelies if you yanked the throttle.
My GY6 150CC keeps melting belts. I've replaced the variator, weights, clutch, torque spring, clutch springs, checked alignment, checked ventilation, checked case clearance, watched the belt operation with the case cover off and it works perfectly. I use high quality belts and they are the correct size. Go drive around for 5 or 10 minutes and the belt is toast. ....it is so frustrating!!!
I've managed to adapt a slide carb (pz19) to my 50cc. Once jetted correctly, it runs better than the CV carbs...it is less likely to get clogs and far easier to clean when it does.
Hello, I have a problem, I have a Peugeot Speedfight 1 100cc that recently seized up/heat seized. It was not tuned. I then changed the cylinder, piston etc. It now starts up right away, but after a while it dies all of a sudden (as if you had turned off the key) and then I can start it right up again, this usually happens when I go over 60 km/h or uphill. When I changed the cylinder etc, I also cleaned everything thoroughly, such as the carburettor, intake, new air filter, new fuel filter (there was no fuel filter before) new spark plug. I also removed the oil pump and put a metalplate with a gasket over the hole instead, I now mix the oil directly into the gasoline. Some other info that might be important. - When I drive over 60 km/h, it starts to make a noise from the variator (CVT), it´s sounds quite a lot. - When it died, I tried to start it again while it was rolling and then it started right away, but it made a noise from the variator, like something "let go" that had been seized up, like a rubber sound, maybe from the belt. - The variator belt touches the variator cover on the inside and has grinded a cut in the metal. - In the variator, where the weights are, the belt does not go down to the bottom of the wheel. - The clutch bell had turned blue from the heat. - The place where the connecting rod attaches to the crankshaft had turned blue from heat. - There was no fuel filter on it before. But i now saw there is an internal fuel filter in the gastank, can it affect the vacuum if you now have 2 fuel filters. Please help me. Regards Andree.
I put a small turbo on my GY6 in 2015. The only problem was the boost would hold open the exhaust valve and bend the valve while tuning. Anything over 4lbs of boost had to be blown off. For the added weight. It wasn't that much of an increase to warrant the extra weight.
Have you ever checked the spark advance curves on multiple cdi boxes? I have found them to be wildly inaccurate. I also have seen on multiple gy6 engines that the keyway cut for the crankshaft and the "bump" on the outside for the igition trigger to be not all cut the same or in the same places and it changes the timing alot. Also, to you ever get bikes where the oil dipstick lies? I never trust them. I fill them with the recommended capacity and some sticks say over full and some say under full. The crankcase breather I think is a must!! Not sure what brands you work on, but I work on every one that comes to my shop. Im the only one it a town with 4 collages that work on them so I see many mopeds and these things I have found to be so inconsistent.
Can u do a video on how to proper wire the gy6 super hornet? Like how to make it look professional. And the best brake lines and fuel lines. How about upgrading front forks? Is that an option on the gy6 superhornet? I know there are for the ruckus. Plus wiring mirror turn signals wiring setup. Thanks
Great video, I hadn't subscribed before, but this video convinced me. One question on the Turbo though, what oil pressure are you going to run? and How are you going to rout the oil drain from the turbo?
Mate your videos are the best honest explanation and information on how to do things but I think we need to change the company name to the gy6 yoda you are the gy6 god
Great detailed video on this engine. Did you know according to my Haynes manual there are two types of GY6 engine one higher performance for the Japanese bikes-GY6/F and R version or something. I figured out that i the piston is stuck in the sleve. I will order the big bore kit and the head with the larger valves. it's an efi 169cc and i want any other performance mods.
Wow,ty for making this video, this help to explain a lot for me since im a new rider an on my 50cc bike im wanting to upgrade my carburetor an probably the gearing since i do have a gy6 engine, this video will help with the upgrades,i can get my brother in law to help install,im learning so much an ty,i do want my bike to breathe better an get better speed on hills an top end speed, ill eventually get .another bike,a ss3 kp mini 150cc, ill probably leave it stocked for a bit an then upgrade it as well.
Good info, I just bored a engine case on my 150cc roketa scooter for a non drop-in 61mm cylinder I did not use the case boring tool I just use my Dremel and it worked great! Best part is since it's not a drop in cylinder the sleeve is actually much thicker and has a less chance of breaking.

Hmmn. I thought you would want heavier weights to squeeze the variator Tighter causing a higher front gear. How does that work??

My goal is to transform this scooter from its current condition into a custom, show-worthy, ass-kicking little bike.
(I am also a design engineer.)
Anyhow....I live in Colorado Springs, CO, about an hour from you guys, and while I will most likely not be riding the project bike up to your shop while winter weather is here, I would really like to reach out to you during this project, and make your products, your company and your team part of the story.

"Continuous Variable Transmission also known as a CVT"... also known originally as a "Variomatic".
The system was created by the Dutch company DAF, also known as... "Van Doorne's Automobile Factory".
Yep. Snowmobiles used them for decades
About 30 years before that a guy adapted saw mill cvt transmissions into cars and about 500 years ago leonardo de vinci designed the cvt but only in drawings.

hi i have agy6 150 cc eng i think i need a new one can u help me get one plz mine is the old pink version am in kenya east afrika
Big bore kit will add tons of power I have 3.
Hey man, I have the same bike. What mods did you end up doing? I'm considering upgrading to a 70cc cylinder kit.
I second the lighter weights.
Dude so impressed one hell of a video coming up I'm going to be talking about a new carburetor apparently you guys got it down you got a lot of stuff coming everybody wants to see that Turbo and I also have you guys on Instagram appreciate the videos brother it helps us all tremendously

Thanks for the informative session, much more informative than my whole semester's session.. Thanks for the informative session, much more informative than my whole semester's session..
Not so Pro Tip: if you don't want to fiddle with the weights in the CVT just remove three of the stock ones. Remove one and leave the opposite one directly across in. You will lose top end so only do this if you're playing around on hills and in areas that require more get to the gone instead of the gone.
If you have trouble reaching a high top speed with lighter rollers you can compansate for it with a bigger variator.
Just changing the oil in a GY6 to AMSOIL synthetic four stroke scooter oil will up the top speed from 32 to 40mph in a 50cc. The mpg improves from 83 to 94mpg as well.
I'm new to scooters can u explain what parts are compatible with the 50cc

San miguel x Red Horse I love my pinoy beers
A slightly shorter cvt belt = the poor mans final drive ratio change. The belt rides quite a lot lower on the rear pulley at higher engine speeds, massively lowering the rpm vs mph. Tried it on a 139qmb engine once and with the right power upgrades, would have seen a big turn of speed, without over revving. As it was, it became more of a cruiser that couldn't exploit the engines power at higher rpm's. It never got there... Cool video.

@@mikegerard11 as long as you don't buy a unrestricted cdi that allows the rpm to go beyond the norm, all of these upgrades should be just fine. Nothing extraordinary. Unless you were familiar with the bike, you wouldn't even notice these "upgrades". Re: "smoothness" of a cv (constant velocity carb)
A straight slide carb will require the rider to tune their throttle wrist.
PWK carburetors are a good move too for a snappy throttle
My scooters starter has a hard time turning over my stock 150 motor

But of course the engine can't handle that xD
With this setup, I have the smoothest and most even acceleration I have ever experienced. Falls on its face at 55 mph xD
But I don't care that much about the speed. 55 mph is plenty on a 82 kg (about 180 lbs) scooter.

Have you replaced the clutch Pulley or just the clutch?
Drive it around without the cover and see if it still does it.
What do you mean??? All belts will lose rubber and stretch over time
@@Group_Anonymous Over the course of a few months depending, sure. Dude said belts are breaking within minutes... there is an issue.

I've managed to adapt a slide carb (pz19) to my 50cc. Once jetted correctly, it runs better than the CV carbs...it is less likely to get clogs and far easier to clean when it does.
I thought I was the only one who knew that trick. I use pz20 with an S shape manifold on the 100cc big bore kit. What kind of manifold do you use?
Regards
Andree.
I put a small turbo on my GY6 in 2015. The only problem was the boost would hold open the exhaust valve and bend the valve while tuning. Anything over 4lbs of boost had to be blown off. For the added weight. It wasn't that much of an increase to warrant the extra weight.
Good to know. I know it’s going to be super difficult! I have some things up my sleeve
Are you saying that some are keyed retarded or advanced from normal?
Can u do a video on how to proper wire the gy6 super hornet? Like how to make it look professional. And the best brake lines and fuel lines. How about upgrading front forks? Is that an option on the gy6 superhornet? I know there are for the ruckus. Plus wiring mirror turn signals wiring setup. Thanks
Subscribed! Never knew there were so many options!
Great video, I hadn't subscribed before, but this video convinced me. One question on the Turbo though, what oil pressure are you going to run? and How are you going to rout the oil drain from the turbo?
Thanks for the sub. All of those turbo questions are to be determined. I haven’t started the project yet
@@RollingWrench Are you discussing the details of your project somewhere on the internet? If so could I join?
All of this information is priceless! A thousand thank yous for making this video.
Sweeet! I appreciate the support. Thank you 🙏🏻
Mate your videos are the best honest explanation and information on how to do things but I think we need to change the company name to the gy6 yoda you are the gy6 god
Great video. Very informative for the public. Awesome job.
Thanks for the support 🙏. I appreciate you
Great detailed video on this engine.
Did you know according to my Haynes manual there are two types of GY6 engine one higher performance for the Japanese bikes-GY6/F and R version or something.
I have the lower end GY6 in my lexmoto Aura and I love it. The belt recently shredded in the CVT as it came off
One stop shop. Thanks man. learned a lot .
i will be buying parts here
Great video. Subscribed. Just bought a Gy6 scoot. Has ego from factory. If I removed air box added a cone air filter. Will the efi adjust on its own ?
i have a gy6 200 cc engine in my golf cart. i believe the engine is bad. 14 hours old. it had a oil leak and i believe its seized up. I took the started off and i can make it turn with the key. But it wont turn the motor. i'm sad. Can the motor be rebuilt? And i want more power.
the golf cart is a 2021 vitacci Rover. 200EFI it was amazing.
What? No alcohol injected turbo nitrous fed option!
Btw best video ive seen yet. Im just getting back into the hobby. Ur the man.
Yes, good work. The non drop in kit is the better way to go. It’s just requires more work. A lot of people just want easy
Hey there. I have this cool little scooter that is a 152qmi but it is a Suzuki. A Suzuki AN125HK ( I live in Panama). Ive driven 35k on it since 2016 . I replace parts as needed with OEM ones. Any cool mods or options you would recommend for replacing stock parts? Is the NCY CVT kit good for this bike? Thanks in advance for any info . All your vids rock man. Keep up the good content!
This is such an awesome video! I have been wanting all these parts but didn’t know they existed. I am so glad I have found this video! Also, where do you buy that turbo kit??
Hello :-)
I'm happy about every video from you, but unfortunately I don't understand English well
I have a Lambretta V125 built in 2020, it has a Gy6 engine with 125cc
I'm from Austria and you need a driving license for everything, so my Lampretta has 11 HP but I'm allowed to drive 15 HP, what would you suggest to me to increase it
I currently have a Malossi Multivar 2000 with 10gram weights and the clutch with a yellow spring and a TurboKit exhaust. I can only reach 86kmh but with a lot of luck I measured 93kmh on the straight with GPS.
I would be very happy about tips

I'm sorry jus had to nit pick something. ..
You comparing analog carbs to tape decks was just wrong. There are many positives to a regular carb. I prefer them myself 😄
