This monitor is such a good all rounder that I even got one for studies since sometimes i would be watching recorded lectures and meeting over zoom/skype. 1080p 99% sRGB and decent p3 coverage. Only thing I wished it had was 90w/100w pd. Would be killer

Can you zoom in the camera? It seems to be too widescreen unless your face is too close to the monitor
I had a E273m elite bang olufsen and I have terrible audio problems on Microsoft TEAMS (mettallic voice on audio) - this G4 monitor is really different or is the same hw ?? and is it works with TEAMS ??
Cant seem to get the camera to work when i am connected to my laptop through a docking station?
If you are running an external docking station you will need to run a USB cable from the monitor to the dock - specifically a USB type-A to type-B cable. type-B end goes into the monitor, type-A into the dock.
This is because the camera data signal will not transfer over the HDMI or DisplayPort cable.
can i use also for ps4 to play FIFA or COD?

Can you charge your laptop with the monitor via USB C?
yes, both models deliver up to 65w of power so will deliver full power to a standard notebook. If you have a more power-hungry notebook, like a mobile workstation, it will still charge but at a slower rate.
I wish they did a 32 inch 4k version of this monitor. I have an earlier 24 inch version which is very similar with the Bang & Olufsen speakers, and want to upgrade, this monitor looks really good just wish they had larger options.
There actually is a 34 inch curved version! it's called the E34m G4 and includes all of the features talked about in this video.

Can you start the closed, shut down laptop from the monitor in some way? Most of our users are used to work this way as they had normal docking stations earlier.
Unfortunately not. The SPO - Single Power On - feature is in some HP EliteDisplays (such as the E24d, E27d) but not the m series conferencing displays.
@@CarlinTalksHP Ah. Ok. I found a BIOS function to start the computer when it detects AC input, so it's perhaps the second best then :)
How does the USB hub work with regular PC? Should you connect it to USB-C or is the USB hub meant for a notebook only? Besides, where do the speakers get audio from, HDMI/DisplayPort or USB?
Obtiene el audio por ambos puertos: Display Port y HDMI. yo lo tengo conectado desde usb c (laptop) a DPI...y se oye muy bien..!!!! ademas el puerto DPI da mayores desempeños de colores.
Soooo...they are notebook oriented, how to use monitor usb A from Desktop??? is it posible?

In theory, if it's a USB-C 3.1 or 3.2 cable with video, data, and power, it should work. There is a USB-C cable included in the box - but if you need a replacement one I would order one directly from HP to be on the safe side.
