I just started working out with a personal trainer about a month ago, and he has me doing these same workouts. It's a LOVE/ HATE relationship for me lol... but great results in the end. Thanks for the videos cause its always helpful when I'm on my own at home.....

I love your videos! They are so motivating. Actually, I would like some tights, bum and leg workouts for university students like myself that don't have a lot of time to exercise well.
This is such a great workout and I am definitely going to use it once I finish with my finals. The only part I know I'm going to have a huge problem with is the burpees. I can't do a push up for the life of me!
Awesome. It's all good! You don't have to do the same burpees as seen in my video, I like the squat jump and push up in my burpee. You can replace it with regular push ups, you can plank for 60 seconds, you can not jump or push up and just do up-downs, you can just do squat jumps, etc. etc., just make sure you are doing SOMETHING to keep your heart rate at a number that will render results! :) BeautyByAndriana
This was very helpful ! I'm not trying to lose weight, but I want to strengthen my core a bit and this will be a great addition to my workout routine!!!! For some reason, I could not do burpees, but I love the kick outs....AND, I've been trying out non dairy milk for about 3 weeks right now with regular workout, definitely seeing the change!!! Thanks for the tips!
Maybe just don't jump or do any push-ups with the burpees? Literally just down and up? Try that - or substitute the burpees with 30-second planks? Just make sure something there is working your core and pumping your blood! Keep going until you get it and never give up on yourself. Thanks for your feedback Gail! Gail Chen

Your videos are very informative. They way you explain things makes everything easy to understand. I have a question... For weight loss, you need high protein intake and low carbs... Can you please specify the amount of carbs (gms) we should intake on daily basis and keeping in mind the weight loss factor. Thanks

Whatever happens when you "just stop" needs to stop. That is the best I can tell you. Stop quitting on yourself! It isn't good for your spirit. Always follow through with your actions when it is worth it...and in your case, it most definitely is! Thanks for watching :) Lolove36
Talk about being in total shape 0.0 lol I would only be able to do 5 of almost everything at this point where I'm at lol hopefully I can reach the level you're at some day :) A video I would love to see you do is one that shows us what we can do at a park when we're running. I would like to see what you recommend for an intense workout. For example, I run around my park once then I jump rope 20 times. Then I run again but the next time I do 20 lunges. I keep doing that for however long my body lets me. I push myself a little extra so I can lose more weight but when my body says no more, I stop. I wanted to see what you recommend adding to a routine like that. For people like me who run around outdoors/at a park. Thank you for all your videos :)
