    Who else is not even close to 50 and is still here!?! This is my new favorite workout channel. I recently made a commitment to exercise as often as possible with the aide of workout videos on TH-cam, not for weight but for health. So far I am loving your exercises. Some of us are young but lack of exercising are aging our bones!

    I have had some serious issues since the COVID-19. I have put on weight and without my job, I just sit on my couch all day. Thoughts constantly going around and around in my brain. Wanting to excersize but my body doesn’t do what my brain says. I hope that makes sense. I have really bad pain in my joints. When I wake up I can hardly move. This morning I woke up and my body felt like it was screaming at me. I looked for a short stretching excersize and I found your 5 minute stretching video for beginners. I got up and followed your video. I made it the whole 5 minutes and had tears in my eyes because..1 I did it, 2 I felt better and 3 I DID IT!! I will be back tomorrow for the same and hopefully soon I can do the first and second one. Thank you so much!!

    I love this 10 minute workout. I've been in the hospital for 70 days waiting on a heart transplant and I need something to keep my muscles streched and moving. This is perfect and it will help my recovery when I finally get a new heart!

    I am in my twenties but I really need this. Never done stretch in my life before and never thought about it. I am glad I found this video and it helps me alot. I feel more flexible and feeling great after a couple of weeks later. I am going to do this one entire of my life. Thanks for the video 🙂

    Love your exercises!! Since the pandemic I stopped going to the gym. But I've kept up walking about 3 days a week for at least 2 miles each. I also played pickleball for a while. Your exercises, with the 10 minute weights & legs, etc. are just right for me to get back in the swing! I'm trying for 2-3 days a week, in addition to continue walking & hiking. I'm well over 50, turning 80 next month! Hope to get my arms back in shape by then!! Thanks!

    You have encouraged me to make it a daily goal to stretch. I usually stretch for 20 min after a workout but not on days I do not workout. Stretching has always been important to me for flexibility, but now I want to stretch daily. You do many of the stretches I do. I also incorporate yoga moves to keep flexible.
    A rigid mind creates achy bones. Never thought about this.

    I am 56 years old and have been very depressed because for many years i have been working out and as of ten years ago I was diagnosed with MS and my whole life has changed. to be honest i never wanted to come to terms with age and changes due to MS , ihave hurt myself trying to work out as i normally did at age 20.30. etc and I would cry everyday especially seeing my arms get so flabby and flabby inner and outer thighs but finding you its a life changer thank you for giving me life

    My co-workers and I love your workouts. They help get us through the workday. We do healthy "smoke breaks". We aren't smokers so we jump out of our office chairs throughout the day to your arms, abs, etc. Thank you for what you have done for us. I am reclaiming back my body, heart and soul!

    I am a star!❤❤😂😂 after a year of not doing much! I started to walk 88 blocks 3 times a week! Healthy diet and started doing today your routines again(I started doing them in pandemic) and I will go back to gym or swimming!😂❤

    I've been doing these daily exercises almost daily for years now, just recommended it to another 50 year old yet again, these are pure gold, thank you from the bottom of my heart. As a testimony to how well they work, I fell on the ice last week, really hard, slammed my head on the pavement and after a moment to collect myself, got up and went on my way. I give credit to God and his angels for their protection, but I also believe my agility helped as well, and this is in part due to my diligent stretching for mobility. I also use the knee exercise video you have and it has completely helped me get healed from Bursitis, along with prayer and God's healing touch. Thank you thank you thank you!

    I have started doing this as a daily morning routine. 5 days now and the morning after the very first day I wasn’t feeling as stiff! The second morning I got up from bed it was so wonderful.     This is so amazing, thank you! And, interestingly, I chose to walk the opposite direction than I usually walk my Loop this morning. In line with what you said about trying to do something different. And it really did feel like my mind was thinking differently. Maybe I'll try brushing my teeth with my non-dominant hand later. PS. I Love Louise Hay. She really did help me change my life back in my dark Valley Times.

    I workout daily, but am not so good about stretching. Some new ones here I haven’t tried before. I didn’t think I would be able to touch my foot, let alone grab it. I did! Wow!

    I did your legs open and swing your arms up above your head and my spine went straight. I couldn’t believe it! This exercising has really helped me and I want to thank you for being over 50 and wanting to help other women. I am not a skinny person and I told my friend ,who is not a skinny person either, to do these Exercises.I sent her your link ,then she told me that , “she Believe me because I could do the exercises.     I'm 66 yrs old and have had 2 1/2 yrs of IT band problems and pain. I did your yoga video above after urging from my son. When you got to the part that provided information on the hip flexors exercise and I did it, I immediately felt relief from my IT band issues. With continuing this specific exercise, I no longer am having the IT band issues or pain. Yahoo and thanks.

    Hello, I just subscribed today and did your 5-minute stretching exercise, I can tell you I am aching all over, but feel refreshed at the same time. I take my health and fitness seriously, so when my physiotherapist said yesterday that I was stiff in my back and shoulders and needed to stretch more, I thought I will do exactly what she said. Hence coming here, she sent some material for me to use, but I prayed for God to direct me to find the right stretching exercise for my 54-year-old self to do in addition.

    Not only is this a great physical stretch, it is a very positive mental and mind stretch to be reminded of daily. I love adding it to the end of my other fabulous 50’s routines if I have done 10 or 20 minutes for the morning. This stretch is amazing. I have never done an Asian squat and it was incredible. Thank you, Shellea for your great tutorials mind and body.

    I noticed how stiff my back was getting so I watched and did these exercises along with the back exercises and it has definitely reduced my back and shoulder pain and I also feel more flexible

    I love this one. I've been working out with you everyday since early January and I am feeling so much more healthy. The tummy isn't disappearing like magic, but I know it took a while to put on so it'll take a while to get rid of it.

    This stretch exercise is just perfect! I also am close to tears each time u say "You're safe" It feels comforting x On Day 2 of the 14day Challenge so am excited to see some changes, in mindset also.     Love this simple way of stretching, I have been doing a few in the morning and it has helped me, I find I don’t get so much headaches, I just must walk every day .. am a bit lazy to do that. But I am getting older and I have to stay fit. Been stiff not walking .... I neglect to do these things and I know thy are so good for me. I have been very fit all my life, but I got ill and that just stoped me in my tracks . I am 67 now and really want to get back my flexibility. Good video. Found you the other day about putting the liner with the eye shadow powder , have been doing it and it has made my routine easier. And I do my make up every day even though I have not worked since my son was born and this is 43 years ago. I look after myself for me , not to please anyone but it’s for me . I do like your clam voice ...❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️

    This video is the stretching workout I prefer, not only for the exercises but also for the message. It was the beginning of my New Life, and thanks to the message of this video I reflected a lot about my Life and my beliefs, and I started a more spiritual path.

    You are amazing! I love working out with your directions. Please do some foot exercises for over 50 as most of the time when I wake up I have difficulty putting my feet down on the floor. You are wonderful and your talks spread positive vibes. Thanks a lot.

    This is a great workout I do this at the gym 2 times a week and bodyflow as well always feel much better afterwards. Never give up never to old I'm 78 go-to gym since 2010.

      SARA MCENTIRE: If you are in a low crouching position is it hard to get back up with your legs? Im 56 and NOW have to be dragged up by a friend. I feel pathetic!

    I'm 36, but stiff and out of shape my entire life. This routine is a perfect warm up for me and also a before bed cool-down. I couldn't reach my toes at all when I started doing this daily, but now I can reach them without even feeling pain. The squat is the hardest part but now my heels are on the floor! And I love how positive and empowering the whole experience is. Thank you!

    I'm still here! Thank you to Beth for being a face of the non professional yogi. I was able to follow along and struggle, but kept pace. Today was able to get the Crow Pose - briefly, but I did it without falling forward. Each and every day getting stronger.

    I love these workouts so much. At times I try more difficult workouts but I come back to these. They are enjoyable and I love your encouragement. I am 60 yrs old, ugh! But keeping as young as possible. Thank you ❤

    I did this exercise today and will continue. Just when I thought you couldn't get any more wonderful, you pulled out Louise Hay's book, who I am a big fan of.     My Asian squats are getting better and better. I also noticed in pigeon pose how much more open my hips feel, thank you for providing challenging, yet appropriate, workouts.

    Thank you Schellea. Love this stretching. Been very stressed after losing power ,cable,and no WIFI for 4 days. Boy just shows how very spoiled we are. I w as beginning to get depressed after all this time in a pandemic and protests, feeling like the world has gone crazy. Oh and did I mention a President that , well let’s just say he’s not helping much. Next we have a storm that adds insult to injury. Oh my trying very hard to keep it together. These workouts are definitely helping. 🤘🏻💪🏻👍🏻

    I have just found you while searching for beginners over 50 (58) I am over weight (obese) I have very stiff joints (arthritis in knees). I have just tried most of your stretches while on my bed. Thank you xx I actually connected to your voice,tone and self belief. 🌸
