Good job Lee. Looking good. I had a similar problem with mine; grain filled the body and neck, sanded, then masked it up. Took all the grain filler back off when I removed the masking. Some brands of masking are very tacky, probably too much for guitar work. But you don’t know until it happens!
@@joehusband8479 yeah man it was nuts. I figured getting the stuff that’s not supposed to peel paint off would have been better. I’m sticking with the ol blue stuff from now on. Now more yellow tape. I got it glued and sanded back together last night. Getting close now ! Gotta do the shellac and then spray the clear !
