Wasn't the feed ramp! It will help it by polishing it, but it's your ejector. I can tell for sure by seeing how they're ejecting. Dremel it or get a new one.

Already put a Talon Grip on my Bodyguard 2. I have Talon Grips on all my pistols. Can’t go wrong with Talon! Small gun or big gun these grips make them better.

Great job on the headstock. Can you explain to me some steps to make the decal buried under clear coat and make the surface of headstock feels flat? Thanks!
@@arriramaputra4858 sure. This is what I did. Stick decal down. “ I stick it over rustoleum flat black”. Spray with about 4-5 coats of spraymax 2k clear. Wait 26-28 hours. Level sand.. then spray another 4-5 coats of clear. Then level sand with like a 600 or 800 assilex. Then keep sanding with a fine grit like assilex 1200 until you can’t feel the logo anymore. Use even pressure. I highly recommend assilex by eagle abrasives. Works wonders and you can do it dry. Then after it’s an even flat texture across the entire headstock you use different pads on a battery operated drill or da buffer and I use scratch x. Then I use ultimate compound to finish. You will probably have to play with that stage until you’re happy with how the swirl marks are coming out.

I had to clean up the frame ramp when I got mine as I had several failures to feed. After filing and polishing I've run about 300 rounds through and zero FTF's.

So a few days ago, I shot 200 Winchester flat nose and 50 S&B round with no issues after ramp mod. Tried to pick up Fiocchi to shoot but none available. Beginning to think my FTFs are ammo related to Sergeant Major. Just ordered another 1000 rounds though, can’t beat $235 shipped and my FTFs are just nuisance, a slide bump needed, no biggie.

I bought that gun about a week and a half ago. for 380. I want full penetration. I'm using nothing but FMJ's when I carry it. The very same rounds that I practice with, 95G

I purchased the BG2.0 a few weeks ago ran hollow-points, Flat-nose, Critical Defense, Federal Hydra-shok, and ball ammo, no issues with any ammo, it was a 2 day test because I didn’t have all the ammo to make the test on the first day. Disclaimer I did clean it prior to using it the first time and the rear sight was over to the left so I had to adjust it.

I was surprised too, thought it was fixed. Didn’t pay attention to see if it was just 10 or 12 mag, oh well, still like it and carry as my EDC.

Thanks for the video I just came across it. I purchased the BG2.0 a little over a week ago ran hollow points and flat nose ( not sure of the brands had them in a plastic bag) about 25 rounds of each, also a box of Critical Defense and a box of Federal Premium Hydra-shok 99gr no issues with any well at the moment but I had to spend the money to see how it runs. I did have to move the rear sight over to the right prior to using it. Last I purchased 2 holsters from Muddy River a pocket and an IWB haven’t received them as of yet hopefully in a few days.

Buy a beretta direct feed into chamber no feed ramp issues only semi auto pistols I have and will only trust is my beretta 92fs and my beretta 84bb

@@re-ridersuzanne nope. Maybe just scuff them up and wipe them off. Most rustoleum has primer in it already. Painting is all in the prep work.

Nice to see the model with the manual safety, which is also the "unique selling point" of the bodyguard compared to the others! How is the safety? Easy to engage and disengage? Or is it too stiff, as some claim?

You saw my strat on the FB group. I figured out if I get the can real hot and hold it a good 15"-18" from the body and just fog coat it, it goes on perfectly. You cannot spray and overlap like you can with a reg solid color. Fog coats work well. Take 1/3 can per coat, but man did it come out flawless.

@@Dieafreak I wouldn’t suggest scamming anyone with false claims of your guitar being a Gibson. This is simply a diy guitar project to make a clone for my personal use. No serial numbers have been added and I also have my signature and built by myself written inside the cavities. No one could mistake this for an original. The horn is also to small. That’s a nice looking trio you’ve got there. The ice cream one looks the business. Few, you were lucky with that action on the low E side, and clearance over the Neck Pickup. But alls seems well in the end 👌
@@joehusband8479 yeah it’s a good thing it was in the low side and not the high side would have been in big trouble. After I messed with it for about 2 hours last night I had it dialed in pretty good. Really close to Gibson Les Paul specs.

You can also think about just sanding the bottom of the nut a little bit at a time and not touch the string slots. Just a thought, but of course, you'll have to knock the nut out of the seat. A touch of CA glue to put it back in place when you get the right height. Just a thought if it helps.

I did file the ridge off and polished both barrel and body feeder cones. I still can’t get Underwood XD-Platinums to cycle with any reliability. I did put calipers on my Winchester flat nose fmj and on the underwood. Both are very close to standard specs. Can’t figure it out.

I had one failure to battery on 12 round mag second magazine ever in my first body guard 2.0 on rmc after that and about 300 rounds later on both my wife and i's 2.0s no issues. Did UW XD 68 40 rounds in both and no issues. However I did only use the 10 round mags as that's the configuration the wife and I carry in. I do think the stiff mags play into this a lot as much of the kinetic energy is lost just trying to remove the round from the mag into the feed ramp. Loosen the mags up and I bet it won't be an issue. Had similar issues with my shield original 9mm when I got it but swapped all 6 mags for mag guts and have had zero issues and 5k rounds later.
@@cmdbill thanks. Helpful. After polishing the feeder ramps, I tried my last 20 UW-XD-Platinum at the range with only one FTF. I do sense everything is loosening up.

It is terrible that any owner of 2.0 Body Guard would have to remedy. Send it back to S&W for service. Avoiding model A guns.

@@leeslife1981 The magazine issue is a joke . They engineered the 12 round magazine incorrectly, either the spring or the length of the mag itself with the extension. The 10 rounder loads Fine I contacted Smith and Wesson, they acknowledge the same issue but really didn’t answer what they’re gonna do about it
@@craigbolte5643 mine is easy as pie to load up. Just took running some rounds through it and keeping it loaded. Sounds like you need to send the entire thing in and start over.
Once again... It's better than the Sig 365 and Sig P238 for carry. I have those too.

@@alexsherel3344 I wouldn’t say it’s better than a 365 but for a 380 I think it’s probly the best option. For 9mm I go with a shield plus. 365 is a great option.
@@alexsherel3344 I like the over all size better and there is actually a grip to hang on too. The weight is less too. The Sigs are nice, but they aren't the ultimate pistol in my opinion.
