You can use sanding sealer on the guitar body to seal the pores before primer, so you don't get the wood grain showing through next time. Excellent job! 😊
CONGRATS! On a cool guitar. Important tips for you guys..... ALWAYS wear gloves and a face mask. For safety of your lungs !! You can use those paper type of masks we used during covid times. - Place your spray cans in a small bucket with warm-hot water (NOT too hot!) for a few minutes before spraying. The paint will be much thinner and spray better. - When painting a guitar body, You can use some garbage-bag plastic and tape and hang it on your wall. Then hang the guitar near it. DO hang it up and just move the guitar around, and don´t spray so close to the wood body. - Lightly spray it a few times and wait around 15-to-20 minutes before applying more coats of paint. Do only 3 coats a day. Let it dry overnight, before doing more coats. - After painting the coats of paint, wait one week to let it dry properly before applying the final gloss spray, and after you spray the gloss, wait at least 20 to 30 days, for everything to dry properly. European weather now is very humid, wet and cold. The paint NEEDS time to properly dry and the wood to absorb the paints. Only then will you do the final wet sanding and polishing the gloss finish. Painting a guitar body to a perfect finish is never an easy job and it should never be a rushed job. Do it slowly and take your time. Cheers and Congratulations ! I also have a few Harley-.Benton guitars (which I like to mod and upgrade) and they are fun to play. Have a great time with yours.
I’m really chuffed with how this came out :) videos coming soon showing how we put the stickers on and putting it together 🤘🏻🤘🏻

Great job! I hope you had fun working on the finish
You had the opportunity to spray your dad’s shirt or pants, so maybe next time, lol… 😂 good job!
Good job, but, wear face masks and gloves next time! Watch out for those fumes!
Yes indeed! Very important detail when using spray painting.
We were outside so good ventilation, but yea, probably should have done! Thanks for watching 🤘🏻
