Something I realized was that the whole love bombing phase was about mirroring. They were becoming this incredible person around the great qualities they saw and envied in us. We essentially were falling in love with ourselves and that's kind of wonderful. The ugly twisted way they tortured us was to make us feel like they felt inside but that they wouldn't acknowledge.
It’s sad that there are so many narcissists in this world they can’t leave anyone alone they just live off the positive people and try drain them of their happiness and ideas and will verbally and physically abuse u if they can one must make boundaries from sick people who are like that
Absolutely accurate. It was so mind-blowing after the love bombing to realize they had planned to destroy me the whole time. Like, the only thing I did was love and support them and they are calculating how to cause the most emotional pain.
There is another channel called Mental Healness by a self-aware and diagnosed NARC. He said they don’t hate us, they hate how we make them feel about themselves by being around us (basically number 2 point you made).
Laugh my ass off I watch and really like Lee Hammock's videos etc and want to mention that he's speaking for himself and isn't as extreme as many highly narcissistic people, especially since he's been in therapy for about five years. It's a fact that lot of them do absolutely hate others, with a passion, and the self-confessed narcissistic psychopath, HG Tudor, states that he hates everyone equally, which is a relief. 😊
