Beautiful. I’ve loved Chevelles my whole life. My dad is a retired body and paint man. I would put a functional cowl induction hood on this one for sure and factory speaker covers for the back window. Great car 😀

Been dreaming of owning a Chevelle SS since I first got my driver's license in '87. STILL dreamin'...😎
Basing this off of my '72 you should have had a shoulder belt. Also, it looks like the original seatbelt retractors are gone as well. You may as well upgrade to a 3 point seatbelt system. They can be found online pretty cheap and if you get the right ones they are much safer than the stock system. I'm sure you are already used to how close the steering wheel is. Mine is the same way. You should watch out for rust at the bottom corners of the back windows. Chevelles (at least the 70 -72 years) like to leak there. You are also missing the inner fender well dust shields. I'm not sure where that red wire coming off of your battery is going to. The one that is zip tied to your heater hoses. But it would look much cleaner if you ran it between your outer fender and inner fender. Despite those minor things (You did ask.) It's an amazing car!!! I hope you are able to enjoy it for a long time!! I've had mine 30 years. Sadly, it's in storage at the moment so I can't drive it.
Nice car, wanting to get one myself. Looking for a 1970-72 4-speed manual. Daily the Redeye and drive the Chevelle on nice days and ect. Old cars break down no matter what you do to them. 👍

lol, it's an AUTOMATIC. Just put it in 3 and it will shift from one to two to three as needed. Putting it in 1 or two locks it into those gears and it can not shift to a higher gear when needed. Sweet ride.

Looking good I would recommend LS swap vintage air if u want to daily this. Big block in texas heat isn't gonna cut it. Vapor lock, gas fumes etc. Hit me up if u want some work done

I have my second 70 SS 454/402 two cars both fathom blue with white stripes a flint and a atlanta built . I cherish these more than my wife, oh I forgot I programmed her GPS map for Myrtle Beach about 25 plus years ago and haven’t even thought about her. My 70’s treat me a lot better than she ever did. I did keep my kids my youngest will get my cars she loves driving the 454 around for me
