Had to work so I only got to see the eclipse at 99% totality here on metro Detroit. My wife and son , however, both played hooky from work and school and got to see full totality on the Canadian shores of lake Erie with her family. 99% totality was still amazing. But just as amazing was how the 1% sliver of the sun could still produce all that light. The power of our sun is incredible. Have faith, Quasi. We'll catch the next one. 👍
Absolutely amazing experience. I saw it in northern NH. We rarely have such nice weather this time of year. It was 60 degrees and the skies were cloud free. An eagle flew over during totality. It was like something out of a novel.
The wife and I rode during the eclipse the other and it was pretty cool just to see the dark shadow. Which only lasted like 2 or 3 minutes but still cool. Also I switched to progressive insurance and saved a bunch. I hate that you are also have to struggle because of others with your healing and money too. That's why we all said to go after the guy to make sure you are ok to cover the time and money lost from your life. Hope that gets settled soon.
I have Geico, but they are not as good as in the past. They increased my renewal , but I called them and they agreed to keep it the same because I’ve been a customer for so many years.
If you do have the time, maybe do a video on fixing the remaining issues on the Monster. Doesn't have to be elaborate, just a brief peek of how the bike looks like and all, before you eventually sell it
I did watch the solar eclipse last min. clouds clear out Mr. Aaron! My state farm insurance went up to on my Jeep because I have full coverage every since got it in 2013 but my Piaggio took off full coverage to liability coverage because I do not ride it that much and right now I been modify so I go riding again those crazy people see me better!!
You should plan a trip up here to Missouri next month. You may have missed the eclipse but you can come see the billions of cicadas we’re about to get. Imagine camping in that lol
Insurance is ridiculous due to Harris County. You can fight it but the rates are calculated on urban areas - % of incidents risk across all peeps. Only way to really get back to normal is to not be in those metroplex areas. Sucks for those of us in the Houston area. Thankfully I am in Fort Bend Katy area.
Tim and I drove to Idabel to see the eclipse. The clouds broke and got clear a few minutes before the eclipse. Was absolutely amazing. Im glad I got to see it. My dad and I were supposed to be in Dallas. But he couldnt go due to his stroke.
I'm sorry to hear about your dad's health issues. I saw your posts on FB. You're both in my prayers, and I hope he can get back to good health! 🙏🏻👍 --QM
Dude I went to San Antonio with my family for the eclipse and we got darkness but with the amount of clouds we had we were unfortunately not able to see the corona 🤷🏻♂️
As far as insurance it may be a Houston area issue. I follow a few people over in England and the rate difference from London to the other rural areas is alot.
