Today in this video you will learn how to make ghee mysore pak at home. mysore pak is an indian famous sweet recipe prepared in ghee, gram flour, and sugar flavoured with cardamom. this recipe originated from the city of mysore. during diwali we make at home a week before and keep it for three weeks long. Absolutely traditional recipe melts in your mouth, so soft and super delicious! when you make mysore pak at home use heavy thick bottomed kadai for the preparation. now check out the below ingredients

சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 600 Gms
நெய் / Ghee - 900 Gms

Flour 1 cup means 3 cups ghee and 2 cup sugar. That's it.
@@aparnamurugaiyan8139 when I measure from cups to Gms it is different so be careful when u r measuring in cup...for me from Gms to cup measurement was 1 cup flour and 3/4 cup sugar
