Just a fun fact about olive oil!! Olive oil can actually go bad in direct sunlight, so that’s why it should always be stored in a dark bottle. Usually good quality olive oil and I think all olive oil in general that’s sold in stores are in dark bottles or like bottles that can’t have sunlight going through! Just for y’all who keep your olive oil in like a separate clear bottle... So yuhhhh
good to know, luckily I store mine in a dark cabinet 👌🏽

Mac that’s not true at all I’m from Germany and I know many people that have that including me. It’s just not called „allergy“ it’s a malabsorption and I always cringe when I hear TH-camrs say „allergic to dairy or gluten“ because that’s the wrong term
Mac having and adverse affect when consuming something means it’s an allergy or intolerance. i would know given i feel like my entire digestive system is going to explode when eating certain products containing gluten and i for sure am not avoiding them to starve myself
