what's wrong with the amount she ate? I'm confused. Everyone seems to be overeating and eating non healthy foods. It's not about the amount you eat, more so of what you eat. She seems more mindful and there's nothing wrong with that.

Gluten free vegetable pot stickers, Asian bbq chicken( after bowl was complete), coconut rice, mandarin, arugula(after bowl was complete), kimchi(after bowl was complete) and avocado. It looked like she had onion cooking with the chicken as well. She stated different ingredients before and after bowl completion. ✨
