I worked at a dealership where they wouldn't give the wash out sheet so you didn't know how much commission breakdown til you get paid ... its like they didn't want to talk about it... basically screwing the sales man like how they screw the customer
Interesting I always thought sales ppl got some of the back end as well and thats why they push on dealer financing. Regarding the draw, I'd rather not get paid if I dont sell anything
Awesome video! Very informative. I'm actually looking to get into car sales I just don't have any sales experience but I'm willing to learn! Wish I did it around my 20s.. now in my mid 30s do you think its too late lol
yea man I currently do both the sales and F&I for all my deals so i am doing the job of both roles, its hard to get super high volume like I have to sales typically ive doing 15-20 deals per month. Doing them from start to finish, all my lead acquisition, follow up, approvals, paperwork, licensing its a lot more work but have the advantage of earning commission on both sides of the deal and my customers have one face and I can ensure consistency with my customer service levels, timing and urgency
@@carsunlocked Chris I’m really proud of you. Thanks for your honest and prompt response. I appreciate it. And I’m saying you’re doing a really great job and I wish you the best. By the way I’m working at Willowdale Nissan, and I’m proud I know I Pro like you who I can learn from. I would be more than happy to meet you in person one day and use your knowledge and experience. God bless you man!
What if you never been in draw, or let’s say it’s your first month, you got your 2,000 dollars and and you made 5,000 dollars in commissions and do you get 7,000 dollars in total? Or do they still deduct 2,000 dollars ?
You gotta do better with your meme selections 😂 they are so corny try using the new age meme videos for better humor but other than that I love your videos man ❤
