Это английское корыто ,максимальной грузоподъёмности 9 тонн.А тут судя по рессорам 25 минимум грузят..

Канал пещерного инжиниринга ! Я тут замарочился узнать, нахрена столько цацок и охренел! Оказывается для охраны от злых духов! Причём стоимость этой хохломы, достигает десятков тысяч долларов! I have seen quite a few u tube vids from Pakistan on truck repairs and vast majority of them are involved axle and chassis. Overloading and old trucks don't go well. Trucks are often overloaded beyond their recommended gross weight.
Pakistani trucks are wild, looks like he took the door off the back porch and put it on the truck.
At some point when you put so many leaves it stops being a spring and becomes a solid chunk of metal and all the stresses go directly to the axle and frame. That’s one reason those trucks literally break

No one here would even think of doing something like this. They would have to tow it to a shop for repair and then send the axel to a machine shop and so on. It’s incredible how these guys can do that with no kind of sophisticated equipment. You can tell it’s a common occurrence there. They just overload those axles so much that at some point they have to give. But the way they repair them they reinforced the repair and hopefully it will last

No compressed air at the service site. So hydralic bottle jacks and various iron frame and steel brace with adjusters managed the lift. All hand tools at the U bolts and fasteners to the break down site. So strength and determination. That cart transporter, well, "managed the haul". The repair as hoists and large lathe to shaft clean up, remeasure to centers and weld up. And, I thought that stick weld finish looked pretty good. As to what later cracking by heat stress, overload to the weight limit as failure. What roads are taken...Why the spring set up may have led to the failure. All for another video.
I ask myself, "could I have managed so well with faint resource.? Sent such a truck back to useful service?"
This crew, that workshop just seems to be an enterprise that meets the problems they have. With what they have. So, I like that. But this driver ? Operator? might leave off the moga load and save for some tires. Take some hauls as not off road........ Or ....do it all again. M.

In all my years on the road I have NEVER seen an axel brake like that. I'm surprised these guys don't brake more. They more than double the weight their trucks should be hauling. They have to be putting 40/50 tons on a 20 ton truck. The tires look like they are ready to blow at any second. I'll give them credit they spend a lot of money on paint rather than chrome.

Most large trucks can have a tire or engine problem that will cause them to need roadside repair, not these guys, they break the axels and need roadside repair.

"Scales" what are scales? I don't believe Pakistan has a DOT, let alone anybody to worry about such things as gross vehicle weight.
There won't be a vehicle scale within hundreds of miles. When I worked in the Middle East we had top notch trucks e.g. Volvo prime movers and we refused point blank to let anyone touch them except the main dealer service teams. And we sure as hell didn't overload them
Now that is a good service truck, stuff like this hard to believe till you actually see it these repairmen amaze me.

These peeps overload everything! they dont check tire press, run on bad tires, nothing is torqued to specs, low oil in rear housing, and terrible roads but what can you do when you're poor. amazing mechanics. massive leaf springs with this wimpy rear axel. I will break again.

With all the :decoration: The dammed truck is overloaded before they put a load on it. With all the crap on the windows the driver would have a tough time seeing where he was going.

There is no way that will break so easily - its stronger than the original... Did you not see the extra thick metal tube they inserted between the two parts broken??? Then they put two inches of weld on it too, so, yeah.

Those black “jack stands” are horizontal crossmembers taken from the frame of a truck, they’re designed for torsional rigidity, not vertical compression loads as used here. The only thing supporting the load is the rivets on their sheer axis. 🙄
