This helps relieve stresses between weld layers (post weld heat treatment or PWHT). that is true but on the other side their repair will prolongue truck lifetime much less than axle replacement. it is not like they don't see a point to replace some part but rather can't afford it

How did they pull the differential out BEFORE removing the right side axle? I don't see anyway to pull the differential out with the non-broken axle still in. I think the editing is out of sequence.
I also noticed this, but I don’t see the point in complaining about it. It’s good that the editor did not show how they align the axle shaft to perfection 😁
You can’t help but admire the work ethic and ingenuity of these guys even though you know it’s going to happen again pretty soon but I suppose it’s the way the economy keeps going. Well done all involved, Uk mechanics couldn’t do this, they just throw new parts at it or scrap it which is wrong.

Almost entirely all these videos are about broken suspension parts and that is because evidently this country does not have a weigh station or road rules for weighted loads or even a scale to weigh the pay load and the fact these trucks are just to heavy empty so putting loads in them makes them overweight and that's when things break and it seems this happens over there a lot
Same here in Thailand with pick up trucks, beef up the suspension, overload it and appear amazed that the chassis splits right where the cab and bed connect!
I completely concurr. I think it's Pakistan, a country with almost 300 m inhabitants. Therefore, there has to be a very severe shortage of loading vehicles. Once again, you are so right.

No manual nessesary with such a bunch of parts for dismantling/assembling, only based on their rich experience.. Usually just renew the parts called repair these days but this is a real reborn!! How incredeble and respect.
Experience, and their memory of the last time they had to fix this thing!
Amazing work these Indian fellows are doing. We could use some hard labor like that here in America. Appreciate the video and appreciate the hard work of these men.
Pakistanis not Indians. But it's all good.
Isn't African American street crime hard work???????
Lmao... usa is useless.
Bunch of crybaby nothings.
Super Mechanical!!!
Really all I can say is Amazing work and with just basic tools ❤
with just a bottle jack and a combination of differently sized wooden blocks, this worker uses his ingenuity to begin an impressive roadside repair ... kudos et much respect! 🙏👍👍
Them spring packs are insane 😮
So is the art work!!
double pack
This is a safety inspector’s nightmare 😂At least they should be wearing safety glasses and steel toe shoes….))What a great mechanics! Real tough mans, Ma sha Allah!!
Vid not for zz's like you!!
@@alexgreat4167they don’t need protective glasses because they are wearing their standard safety sandals.
Všechny bezpečnostní opatření jen a jen brzdí tempo práce. Bůh žehnej takovým mistrům.
And just like that, 32 minutes later, we're done!!..Imagine the money we could have saved on hourly labor 😆
i did the same repair on my R C axial rock crawler and its still holding together 10 yrs later !
REMARKABLE!!!!!! These guys are MASTERS!!!! That kind of work doesn't exist here in America!!!!
✨🥂
Wow they actually fix and not replace, not like us disposable people. Much respect! Ps in the US they would replace the entire axle all wheels brakes, would take a week to fix
that is true but on the other side their repair will prolongue truck lifetime much less than axle replacement. it is not like they don't see a point to replace some part but rather can't afford it
Mechanics genius!
Impressive. Full respect to all of the technicians and mechanics.
We only have to order shiny new parts, wrapped in plastic and throw away the broken parts. Safety aside, these guys take recycling ♻️ to whole new level‼️
Damn man, they freaking got it done. Sure we can argue standards and quality, but I’m sure the driver just wanted it done as quickly as possible. Time is money. They got it done. Respect for that
I think it needed a few more leafs in the springs.
How did they pull the differential out BEFORE removing the right side axle? I don't see anyway to pull the differential out with the non-broken axle still in. I think the editing is out of sequence.
Your observation was good .Sorry it’s my editing mistake .Thank you for watching the Full Video carefully and sharing what you think✨🥂
5:37 pulled the chunk,7:28 pulled the axle.By Jove you're right.
I also noticed this, but I don’t see the point in complaining about it.
It’s good that the editor did not show how they align the axle shaft to perfection 😁
Donnie Nichols, at 7:30 you can tell the differential is still attached to the axle housing, must be editing
one side had broken away and come out .the other side they unbolted it and the axle slid out .
Incredible and talented men! Awesome example of skill and hard work.
✨🥂
You can’t help but admire the work ethic and ingenuity of these guys even though you know it’s going to happen again pretty soon but I suppose it’s the way the economy keeps going. Well done all involved, Uk mechanics couldn’t do this, they just throw new parts at it or scrap it which is wrong.
@user-qo3zo5no6m
All very good, hard work. I like the tractor at the beginning, thats just rare......
These Indian 'mechanics' are the best. They've fixed that axle 15 times already. 🤣
It's Pakistan not India

Is that a Crocodile Dundee joke at the beginning?? No Mate that's no bale of hay---THIS Tractor has a BALE OF HAY!!!!!!!
HaHa I saw that awesome hey
Great mechanics. As life is expensive they don’t replace but repair everything that breaks
Liked seeing the young men in the shop learning a skill they will always be able to make money with.

@korn111685 Your comment wouldn't be funny if it wasn't true.
Oh and by the way FYI the cost of repairs to this truck cost approximately somewhere between 3 and 500 US dollars about the same price Mercedes dealers here in the USA charge just to open the hood.
Big big Respect for this great work 👍👍👍
Very good and hard work job 🎉
As a heavy vehicle mechanic for 50 years, I am at a loss to see how he removed the diff before he removed the axle on the other side, I'll put it down to dodgy editing 😂😂
I think you're right. Got a but of a continuity error going on there.
It will be much lighter to maneuver the axle housing without the diff. You may noticed they are mostly man powered.
I'm very impressed with the mechanical knowledge of these men, there safety practices are somewhat lacking, barefoot and sandals, geeze! No safety glasses, i was a welder machinist repairman mechanic all my working life and i know how easy it is to get a piece of metal or oil or anything in the eyes and the lord only issued you two eyes, safety truly is paramount
These people are so resourceful, it's inspiring and entertaining to watch and see how other societies solve common everyday problems we all experience.
10 tonne trucks doing 30 tonne work. Somethings going to give somewhere. Adding 800 spring packs to it isn't going to solve the issue.
Same here in Thailand with pick up trucks, beef up the suspension, overload it and appear amazed that the chassis splits right where the cab and bed connect!
That is not the first time, this axle broke at this very spot!
I completely concurr. I think it's Pakistan, a country with almost 300 m inhabitants. Therefore, there has to be a very severe shortage of loading vehicles. Once again, you are so right.
Look at the leaf springs on that truck. Way too much weight load for a single axle.
Task completed in a single day, God bless you for the hard work & dedication at work & the boy who helped him in work also 🙏 Namaste.
