Looking epic - What a great end result! We need to see it fitted to the car as well please. Buying your expertise and products is the best way of supporting your project. Sometimes I wish I had a Clio II and not a Clio I. Wonder if your splitter quick release system would fit a Clio I with a bit of fiddling?
@@RuskiWeldFab not exactly the same. Clio 2 subframe is a bit wider than the Clio 1. But similar-ish... I'll watch your splitter mounting video again and see if I could make it work.
I'm sure you've answered this question already, and I've been searching through some of your videos trying to find the answer. But I was curious what you're using for your table top
Hello, can you recommend a vacuum pump for carbon fiber? What minimum specifications does it have to have to get good results? Thank you very much for your videos, I learn a lot
Hello Ruski, could one use something like "Plastazote" foam instead? Its more available locally for me at least, then getting specialized foam for infusion and having to deal with shipping.
Top idea with kevlar on bottom side!
it helps!
Nice and educational video. Love your content!
Glad you enjoy it!
Very nice job Ilya. Looking forward to you doing the roof of my car later in the year :)
Can't wait!

to be honest even a vacuum cleaner will work for wet lay. but for infusion you want something a bit more powerful. this will work amzn.to/3Zo9ruF
job nicely done, i'm going to do mine this week, but for my Navara pick up truck, nuts i know!
PS: what happened to your eye?
cheers. my eye is fine. just some infection. maybe dust from carbon who knows. was fine the next day! thanks for asking.

yes in theory can use any foam
@@RuskiWeldFab Great I think might do that soon!
Hello would it be possible to make the splitter with the wet lay technik?
yes absolutely
@@RuskiWeldFab Thanks for the quick response✌🏽
Don’t you overlay the corners anymore ?
all depends
Whats the name of the foam you used?
Mega job as always! 😎
Thank you! Cheers!
What about using black diolen instead of e glass?
Yeah it is possible! Unfortunately it doesn’t come as bi-axial. And that really does help with stiffness
What's your rough cost for one just fibre glass no carbon or kevlar rather interested and in no rush atm still getting my bam engine in
please contact me for a quote on social channels. it depends
What is the surface or material that your are making the infusion on?
buffalo board
What do you do about the edges?
trim and sand flat
А что за пену используете для основания?Какой то вспененный пена-полистирол?
пена пвх
