Hi my friend,Ohh woow,👏 definitely an amazing & also a unique Pasta recipe🌶🫑🍅😋, sure to inspired lots of viewers👉💖, cheers & thanks for sharing my friend👌🥰😍awesome...!!
I’ve made the original recipe of this (minus the broccoli) so many times now. I tend to add the red onions and mushrooms at the same time, I find they cook at the same rate. And I pour the sauce directly on top of the onions/mushrooms/garlic, which also speeds up the cooking time a bit. Additionally, rather than thyme I add oregano, I love the taste of it with mushrooms. And I also add nutritional yeast, it adds just a little something more. All things combined this sauce, with its rich savoury flavour, makes me think of a mushroom gravy rather than a pasta sauce. But it still pairs perfectly with pasta. And it’s great on top of baked potatoes too.
@@birb. I can knock it out in about half an hour, but I multitask quite well in the kitchen. If you want to speed things up you could get the sauce blended beforehand and store that in a container in the fridge until you're ready to use it. Then you only have to think about cooking the pasta and frying the mushrooms, which is easier to manage and cuts down cooking time. Also if you have a high speed blender, soaking the cashews first is unnecessary, just throw them in dry, that will speed things up a bit too.
I have to restrict my protein intake because I have a medical condition and a lot of your recipes are good and easily adaptable for me though so I thank you so much
amazed you get the caramelisation without the oil. We will certainly try this dish. If we are not vegans can we use cows milk to make the sauce? So enjoy all your recipes have tried so many and enjoyed especially the chick pea and tofu recipes. We have never been fond of tofu, but you have changed our minds with your scrumptious recipes. We love all yourplant based vegan recipes even though we are just vegetarians.
Super tasty. I added double the broccoli, and I would halve the oat milk. The dish is delicious, but the sauce has too much liquid. I drained off a ton before serving. Everyone enjoyed it!
I always feel my sauce is just creamier (even with my Vitamix) if I've soaked the cashews for a bit. Any reason to not soak them after roasting? Appreciate the no oil cooking. Let's be honest, folks who want the extra fat and calories can always add oil, but it's harder to adjust the other direction. Update: So now I have made this, and it's stellar! I browned the cashews. then heated in the oat milk and soaked for 1/2 hour before blending. I also added some protein, vegan of course. Skipped the red pepper, added a little cracked black pepper and used dried thyme. I was out of lemon so used white wine vinegar. It was so yummy! I made half and ate it all! I'm eliminating non-stick cookware (I encourage anyone with health and environmental concerns to do their own research) and just started using my new stainless steel pan. It was great.
I make a very similar dish but instead of tamari I cook the mushrooms in balsamic vinegar and use spinach instead of broccoli. Super easy and delicious!!
I think that sorts out tomorrow night's dinner for me! Great stuff, guys, another eminently tasty and yet simple vegan recipe that makes me glad I switched to full-time vegan.
Love the same-pot use; enjoyed the appreciation -- but not a necessity for -- tamari; would only leave out the open-mouthed chewing at the end. My kid ADORES high-protein high-fibre, and this is a perfect addition to both requests to make the meal incredibly flavoursome.
Is there a chance you guys have any soup recipes or other recipes to make period cramps less painful? I have looked for recipes and found some online, but I love how your recipes taste and I could really use your recommendations.
I made this today !!!!! 🥰 Very good !!!!! My spouse is weird about broccoli so I added green beans he likes instead 😅 he came home & was like what that's weird 😳 but then after he tasted it he liked it 😛 I added corn, avocado & a bed of romaine next to mine 😅 but it was SO good !!!! 🤤🤤🤤 Can you make a video about avocado and healthy fats and how to limit them because I have an avocado problem 😒🙄 I can't live without it & I desperately need to lose weight 😒 THANK YOU SO MUCH for your recipes 🙌🏻😛 I also enjoy your what I eat in a day / week videos ! Vlog more ! 😛 ❤️ from Red Deer AB Canada originally from Cape Breton Island Nova Scotia🇨🇦😛
This recipe is on the top of my list to try! A very nitpicky comment here though: the browning of the onions in the pan ( 1:33 ) is through the Maillard reaction, which is a non-enzymatic process!
This takes entirely longer than 15 minutes, I promise, but it’s still good . The directions “ down below “ it takes a bit of time to figure out the measurements in the US . The video is more clear than the directions because a few things are randomly left out.

This looks great. I don't know about Ireland but in NZ, all the oat milk you can buy is full of SUNFLOWER OIL, wtf? Tasted very creamy so I read the ingredients and there it was, in second place. Won't be using that again!
Your orange fridge is everything!
Looks great, nice to see low fat oil free recipe. Will try.

How much time does it take you to make it? I get so easily discouraged because for me cooking is so lengthy

JUST my type of food.....I look forward to making this ASAP ! Thank you 👌
I have to restrict my protein intake because I have a medical condition and a lot of your recipes are good and easily adaptable for me though so I thank you so much
@@poodlepup1 Dude did you even read the comment, he said he has to restrict his intake
My friend has PKU. The silver lining is that he loves trying my wfpb cooking!
Rhumatoid??
That looks really good. Not sure if my blender will pulverize the cashews though. I’ll try soaking them first.
Amazing and quick,thank you.
¡Deliciosa!
Muchas gracias por ésta receta, amo el brócoli. 😌🤗💯
Looks amazing, thanks for sharing!!
Soo delicious and easy ! Thank you so much .. good to see without oil you cooked as I am vegan I love this pasta 🙌🏻

This is a fantastic recipe, many thanks. I'm not surprised it's the most popular 😊

Marble cookware is non-stick and not a health concern.
Agreed. Unless its toxic-free non-stick cookware like Caraway or other green pans
This is so simple and looks delicious. Thank you for an oil free recipe as well!
Great recipe! I added courgette and spinach😋😋
Omg that looks sooo yummy, will try this 🥰😍thank you👍
Did I hear someone say they wanted to see shodderly put together reviews of vegan junk food? This channel has your back!
Amazing! Simple and sooo delicious 🤤
I will have ten!!!!

Looks so good thanks!

Any adjustments to instructions if I double the amounts?

Depending on where you live: I love the Barilla brand plant based, high protein pasta. It's really tasty and reasonably priced.

Same here 👍
This looks delicious! But is there anything else to replace the cashews? I know it’s the best part of this, but I have a cashew allergy in my home.
Yum!

Wow. The based plant based pasta recipe I have seen so far.
Yum yum yum😋😋😋🤗
Hi please can I ask what can replace the cashews in this recipe if one has a nut allergy? Would coconut milk work as a creamy alternative?
I'm in the midst of the alcohol free month, and I'm going to make that tonight!
Me too! Probably be yummy with a nice cold AF Stella beer!! Enjoy:)

Yum 😋 thanks for no oil
Just made this pasta. Made everything according to the recipe but my sauce never thickened up. I wonder what went wrong.
The link takes me to mushroom pasta. I’m a stickler for detail and have determined that mushroom is not the same as broccoli 🥦
It is popular with the none vegans in my family to😍

Google said 200 grams of mushrooms is 1 cup but it looked like he put in way more than a cup. Is that correct?
😘👌
Another oil free recipe? Can’t be better. Thank you

Such a huge shame about the mushrooms 😹
