Made this today, minus the crust. The filling (mixed with the sauce) was delicious. 400g potatoes is about 3 med red potatoes (~2 1/2 cups peeled & diced). Used a 1-lb bag of frozen broccoli (defrosted, rinsed, drained); Silk Original Soy Milk (1 3/4 cups); only 1/2 tsp onion & garlic powder. I would have liked it with the crust, but more work & it was just for me! I think I'll put my leftover filling in a baking dish & put just one pie pastry crust on top. :)

For years I keep coming back to this channel when I'm getting lazy. Tx guys and warm regards to your community and best wishes for your vegan business endeavours. I grew up wild swimming in the summer but that was the Istrian coast not the coast of Ireland, but my mum was born in the north of Germany and learned to swim in the North Sea ah ha! And lastly my bff lives in Brazil and begins the day in the ocean. She's also swum the Amazon river which is epic. Best wish in your journey (and mine!)

Great recipe, I'll have to try it sometime. I did have the idea of blanching (or 'shocking') the broccoli rather than just sweating it. Just cook the broccoli in boiling water for about a minute or so until it gets that really bright green color and then cool it right down a cold water bath or spray it with cold water from the faucet. It retains it's color a lot better that way. A little more work but worth it I think.

I am sure it would still be just as amazing. I think next time I am shopping I think I will pick up some puff pastry and try this. great recipe as always guys!
