    First time seeing someone explaining exercise with researched data, damn! That needs a lot time and efforts, either I've always seen people sharing their experience rather knowing the fact that every individual needs different things to built muscle, hats off, always a good coach, following him for long and will follow for rest of life.

    Very Informative, sir need videos on other muscle groups especially Calfs, triceps and abs, these are the most less trained muscle groups in gym.

    Bent arm lateral raise- middle deltoid
