as a neutral and non political Sri Lankan citizen my personal view is that in the future Sri Lanka legislature must definitely bring and introduce new laws and regulations regarding educational qualifications of itsmembers of the parliament and must introduce new laws and rule's that if anyone want's to enter the parliament at least he or she must pass the advance levels examinations and if he she had a degree from respectable university it will consider as an added qualification to select for the cabinet too and i must say that its its not about the degree or any educational qualification problem in this issue its its totally about the integrity and honesty of the respected speaker's post or position no any other issue is immaterial only the integrity and honest and truthfulness and trustworthiness of this very important position is matters cos speaker's position is the third highest position in our country only seconds to the executive presidency and the prime ministerial posts or positions even its above the chief justice position too ( hon chief justice is the forth highest position in our country)so if the hon speaker intentionally deceive our entire country and its law binding citizens then he must immediately apologize publicly and also apologize from the parliament and resign from his post or position but if can prove his side of story and prove his true educational qualifications then he can continue his work as the hon speaker of the Sri Lankan parliament
