    to answer that question about the kangaroo.... no we cannot get that here in the US so I was a little shocked when you said that lol

    I was today years old when I found out Australians eat kangaroo patties, and so no we cannot buy those in the States. My city has added an Australian restaurant chain and I've never seen it on the menu there either. Very good salmon though!

    All the recipes look amazing Rachel! We don't get Kangaroo here (I live in South Africa) but pretty commonly you can get Ostrich which is much leaner than beef and tastes amazing!

    In England we don't have kangaroo, only sometimes in the supermarket as a speciality meat, here it is mainly venison.

    I’m in Canada and haven’t seen kangaroo in our stores before lol. But my bf and I hunt, so our lean meat comes mainly from venison (deer and moose). I love the aesthetics of your videos, thanks for sharing, 🥰

    I gotta try your pita bread recipe! Looks yummy and sounds amazing👌 i also like having oatmeal for breakfast- i have it almost daily! A question: what do you do with the egg yolks when you cook the egg whites?
    Anyway i loved this video! I really don’t like to count the calories and be obsessive with it. So it’s really nice to see how you eat (and you showing the nutrition value) now i am inspired for what i could eat the next week! 👍

      Yessss the pita is so tasty!
      We usually buy egg white cartons or bags because we use them so frequently and it'd be a hassle to divide the eggs up ourselves.

    In the U.S. it's a small market for Kangaroo, but can be bought. Example: Fossil Farms in the state of New Jersey. However, they can't ship to the state of California due to their laws. We have to get the meat in country from companies regulated by the USDA.

    We don't get kangaroo but we do get venison. I make burgers with it too. How long can food be in the fridge when meal prepping?

      It really depends on the food, if I've cooked and prepped it I'll usually keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days.. otherwise I'll pop it in the freezer to avoid spoiling.

    Everything looks beautiful, just curious if you are hungry at the end of the day? I counted around 1700kcal in your Monday meals, and I eat around 2700 a day (I’m 5’7 and very active tho) and I still manage to get hungry at the end of the day! Just curious, maybe I counted wrong, and it seems to work for you :)

      Maybe onion or turkey, they're both white! Everything on the mini pizzas was: wholewheat pita breads (for base), pizza sauce, onion, turkey breast mince, italian herbs, capsicum (bell pepper), low fat cheese.

    Here in the States, I have never looked for kangaroo. However, deer (venison) is certainly eaten here. Also very low fat!

      It's really high sugar and I use other things for my sugars. I try to keep my sugars reasonably low-ish because I have PCOS and have had a history of insulin resistance problems related to that :)

      Only in big cities. Many Australians water comes from rain tanks, or local creeks. Our creek water in the wet tropics is the cleanest in the world
