Another beautiful video, as always! This was very timely--i find it hard to stay on track with macros when it comes to snacking. A lot of times, for me, it is easy to plan out a lunch and dinner, but I don't have a healthy repertoire of snack ideas. So, I'm usually underfed by the end of the day... and ready to kill for some carbs 🙃 Thank you Rachel for the great ideas. 😁
I make those pita chips but with olive oil and balsmaic vinegar. And estragon, forget the name in english oh and oregano is great too. Love your content!

I just made the cottage cheese and berries and it is DELICIOUS. I was a bit hesitant because I am used to eating it plain, and have never really enjoyed fruit with it but adding the spices really kicked it up to 10. Thank you SO MUCH. I am always looking for easy, protein filled snacks for work!
This is really helpful! My boyfriend just started his weightloss journey with getting stronger as a secondary goal. So enough proteïne has been a challenge (since he's vegetarian). Besides the fish recipes, i will definitely be making these for him to try! And might just have to make the tuna rice cakes for myself! :)

@@RachelAust yeah I bet, I I've seen all the different change you made though out the yrs and amazed how you have the will power to do what ever you want with your body. From getting total definition, to building bulk ,and I have no doubt in my mind when it's all over you can build how ever you want. When I see you change the way you did that tells me I can do the same. You inspire me to do better! I was doing pretty good and got my quarter sleeve tattoo which I love and had to take a break I fell off the bandwagon. Lol I'm ready to hit again and not stop! 😁 by the way you still look amazing I was just wondering where you was at with it. Stay safe and I still enjoy watching your videos! 😎
