Edna, now this is affordable housing. This is what we mean when we say affordable housing, not those people selling houses at 30M. Love this house. This would be perfect for someone like me in the diaspora who would like to have my own place to stay when I’m in Kenya instead of living with nosy relatives. 10M is very fair considering I’ll only be spending 4 weeks maximum in Kenya. Lakini wengine wanauza nyumba 50M and expect that we will pay that for a house we only spend 1 month in. Kudos!
